9I try calling them and they had me on hold for 30 minutes and when I call back the supervisor was not available my lease was almost done and I call them help me with some days but I call and the supervisor it's never on the supervisor it's great person but the employees they don't care about you I been with rent a center for almost 8 years.
Still no product still no response back from rent a center and still no refund of my 25 dollars. Contacting better business bureau if nothing gets resolved.
The gentlemen that delivered my furniture *Johnathan and Luis were very helpful, they made sure my furniture was taken care of they brought it upstairs and put it together, they both are very professional and they are assets to your company.
Being passed around from store to store claiming I’m not in this one’s area code or in that one’s computers. Making it difficult to rent a simple TV.
Ok so ima give 3 stars. Just cause im on my way there to get something. Its gonna be my first time on this location. I would let you guys now my experience and how customer service is. Would my rating go up or down?

Place is okay, just beware of the nature of these types of businesses. Everyone is very nice when they are making a sale, not so afterwards. I just made a small purchase from the location on Crenshaw. There is a technical issue on the website for autopay, says I am imputing all my information correctly, but they are having technical difficulties. When I try to pay over the phone, my card keeps getting declined for no reason. I am going to have to drive to make a small payment because they call me everyday saying they are going to come take my item even though I answer the calls everyday and give them my card information. I have only one late payment. Let people know your system is down prior to leasing things out to them and let them know they will have to take time from their jobs and lives to physically drive in traffic so you guys can have your little payment. Difficulties and complications come up in business, but it's important to communicate that with your customer. I needed a bed in a pinch, but I will never go this route again. These places are for people who are really in need of something and have no choice. It probably would have been fine without the harassment, but this is what these leasing businesses do.
