I was told multiple times I was going to receive my delivery and still haven’t received it. I have a lot more to say but I don’t have the time but this store was the worst experience I have ever received from a business they are so inconsiderate and all about money they will send you links for your first payment before you even receive your furniture my advice go to a different store or to a Aaron’s or something because they don’t know how to treat their customers!

I had an over-the-top experience with this Rent-A Center! I was originally planning to purchase a couch from another Rent-A-Center that I had purchased a couch from last year they were extremely unprofessional they made an appointment with me I showed up and they weren't even there the entire store was closed in the middle of the day. It was my only day off so I was very determined to find a couch I reached out to this location and I was able to come in and immediately pick a couch that I loved, Vanessa was very honest with me about the material of the couch that I was originally inquiring in and that it was not good for kids. She patiently assisted while I looked up every single couch that would fit my floor plan when I found one she got me financing in minutes and my delivery is So soon that i was shocked. It took the previous location weeks to get me a couch that I purchased cash and they had in stock. Excellent customer service skills from Vanessa, I am in the best mood ever. The general manager was great also but I didn't catch her name. If you're in the Sacramento area don't waste your time on other
stores

Me and my husband came into this store in looking for furniture and when Vanessa came to the door, right there it was great fit for all of us she was friendly and helpful and her side kick was to I was impressed with her and the deal’s that she gotten for us both Vanessa stayed on my side to the because she knew what I wanted and that was my TV even though we didn’t get the TV we got other things thank you Vanessa and your kindness keep being you we need more customer service people like you and your side kick from Anthony and Gregg
