Just started rental contract after a back and forth issue with them taking money and not processing my account, then I had to go to the store (which was empty for 2nd time, but they never answer phone). Picked a set straight from back of store did paperwork. Then was told there's a seven day delivery wait. It still didn't get delivered. Date was on my online account, and they had the nerve to say they set it up, but there should have been confirmation email. So now asked for refund coordinate can't do it they never have supervisor available and tell me to contact the store.because they said after 72 hours they would contact me. I have rented from this company before NEVER LIKE THIS THEY ALWAYS DELIVered within 3DAYS. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

The in store customer service is great! I don’t appreciate the rude threatening text on the day my payment is due from your district manager! My payment is due today and he sent me a text this morning threatening to cancel out my contract! You are supposed to give customers by the end of business day! I’ve also left several messages for Francisco your district manager and he never returns any calls! If it wasn’t for Richelle and Victoria I would cancel my contract out and go to one stop furniture! I was going to purchase the ottoman to my sectional but I will go directly to Ashley’s furniture! I have purchased a washer and dryer, this is my second living room set I’ve purchased from your store. Your district manager needs to take a customer service course! I’m giving 3 stars because of my experience with management!

They are good people and will do their best to take help you find what you want and want to satisfy you.

We have done business with RAC for many years now off and on. They are very friendly and professional. Payment options are very flexible and affordable. I would definitely recommend them for all ur needs, they always have a good selection and different varieties that you are looking for.

I didnt like the fact that i was given false information not once but not twice but three times and it was a inconvenience for me.

Extremely friendly, great people, bhelped me out and id give a t star, but good luck getting them on the phone. I've called 20 times in the past 2 days to and left messages and can't seem to get anything back. I live in south sac and decided to go though them because they had the product I wanted, but I have to drive up there every single time I need to speak to someone because they just don't answer phones.

I’m still waiting for my merchandise which was supposed to be delivered December 2nd and I haven’t received it yet and paid fit it keep getting the Voicemail when I call

This is the worst place ever to rent. They will have you pay all this money and after when you’re almost done they say hey, you know we’re taking half so you’re not done yet you gotta keep paying and when you don’t pay to appoint because you already paid it off, and like 150 dollars and you just released your paying to much they are talking about police and standoff worst place ever. When they come it will be videos and pictures and names all around so you can see how they conduct business and fyi I asked to speak with corporate or anybody higher, and they refused
