5 I just had the worst experience for almost 1 week I have been dealing with this store to get a washer and dryer. I spoke with 3 separate associates. All of which on different occasions have treated myself and my sister poorly.
They showed up 45m early, after confirming 530p-730p time frame 2x. Then left, at 505p and said they cannot reschedule for 2 weeks. Then said they are refunding the money and we get nothing. Please do not shop here. I am a woman of color infeel inwaa discriminated against, please owners of this store please contact me.
Rilando was the best he sent me pictures of the dinning room i was to get. Only thing i can say is it was the wrong table but rolando was Abel to chang some stuff and get me my correct furniture

It was the first and last time I bought something in that store since I paid 800 dollars for a bedroom and when they delivered it to me it was incomplete and I had been calling and a guy named Rolando just made a lot of excuses and didn't fix my problem. In reality, it was a very bad thing.buys. And the truth is, I don't recommend buying at a rental center.
Customer service very good, patient and real explain everything properly.
I do not recommend this store, Uno's are abusive, and irresponsible, they made me wait for 2 days. The delivery. In the end I called to find out what was happening, and Rolando told me that he didn't know anything about the delivery and he told me that if you want to cancel the order, I don't.problems Rolando is very rude and he doesn't know anything about BEING professional, and he had the rudeness of hanging up on me on the phone. He said that I don't need customers, please find me another store where they treat them with respect and dignity
