Mya, you rescued my Thanksgiving! The Chula Vista location had failed me with their over-promising and under delivering.

However, Mya and the district manager exceeded expectations the day before Thanksgiving. They managed to transfer my items to this store, assemble the table, and deliver everything within a few hours. Such exceptional customer service is indeed a rarity. My 12 guests and my family extend our heartfelt thanks!

I got approved for financing but I changed my mind and requested a refund of my deposit which was $20. I spoke with a woman who kept apologizing for not calling back. Once she looked over my account she told me I only get $16 refund but my account transactions says $20. So I'll never lease furniture I don't care about $4. My problem is how are you going to tell me what my transactions say on my card account. Never again will I think about applying for financing furniture. I can just buy what I need. Poor customer service. I don't care about the $16 yall want that too.

Best Service I have seen in a very long time. Juan the Store Manager is the best of the best and is always there to make sure you are treated like family. And answer every question I had I will always recommend this Rent ACenter Location. Topic Notch, Wish I could make it 10 stars.

If i can leave no stars i would. I understand them sending letters and making multiple calls regarding a payment but i wont never understand them doing that for a mistake they made themselves. I had paid item and still was getting harrased and to find out that when it was paid that girl that did the transaction was fired.we had been loyal customers since many years ago and the fact that they couldnt do anything about it to help with this situation.
