Rental With A View, San Diego CA

The business owners do not pay for storage of their large RV/trailer, instead they park it in a residential neighborhood and take up parking spaces of people who live in the neighborhood. I will never give these folks my business.

This is the perfect place to stay in San Diego and yes it really is close to everything. The property is very clean and beautiful, the views are breath taking, the host is very friendly, and prompt when returning calls/text messages. We had no problems at all and yes we will be back!

The description was completely accurate and the place lived up to all expectations. Communication was easy and we were totally satisfied. The location was convenient for everything and the views were amazing!

We were in San Diego for a conference and this house was perfect for the 3 of us. It was located within a 10 min drive to the convention center. We had rented a car for one day of our stay and had no trouble finding a parking space. The house has everything you need and more during your stay. Mahalo for a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! It was super clean, well stocked and perfect for 2 families with plenty of room. The view was amazing and we all loved watching the airplanes take off and land. The location is perfect, very close to the airport, park, zoo and downtown. The planes can be a little noisy but it really didn’t bother us at all and we slept in everyday. This is an amazing home! Thanks for the memories!

Our stay with Rental With a View was absolutely great! The property is very clean, modern, and comfortable, and the location cannot be beat - easy access to many of the attractions in San Diego. And they are not kidding - what a view! The staff and owner were responsive to our needs and very helpful throughout our time there. We wouldn't hesitate to visit them again. Five stars, plus!

The place has a great view and everything is near by so don’t need to drive much.

Only thing I would recommend people to know about before coming is the noise you will have to deal with.

You can hear the upstairs people walking and can hear the flushes.
Since it is near the airport, you will hear the planes and can be very loud. The sound proof window helps but still able to hear it!
If you are a light sleeper like my father in law, you can have a hard time sleeping.

Outside of the that, the owner is accommodating and quick to respond via text! I would def recommend this place!

Beautiful, clean, comfortable and cozy place. We truly loved it. The only downside to it is the parking, you'll end up parking blocks away. Though honestly, it wasn't all that bad, it was always a nice little walk to and from. Even at night, it did not feel unsafe to walk. Loved the place.

Great location and views of San Diego. Our group of 4 found the views of the airport at night mesmerizing. The hot tub and other amenities were fantastic. Very clean and well kept rental. We experienced excellent communication with the rental owner/manger. Would definitely recommend

Beautiful place with a great view. Took my family for a short vacation to San Diego; Rental with a view allowed us to enjoy it even more.

Such an amazing place! Everything has been thought of and provided for. We did quite a bit of cooking and found the cupboards well stocked with spices, utensils and cookware. We even found a cooler in the closet that had an icepak in the freezer for day trips. The decor is beautiful. However, the very best part of this location is the gorgeous back yard that is completely fenced in. We spent almost all of our time sitting out in the pergola, the hot tub, the putting green, or just hanging out. It was great for morning coffee or late night chats. You can only be in the backyard up until 10 due to neighborhood restrictions. The views are breathtaking. We could even watch the nightly Sea World fireworks from the front porch. The location made getting anywhere in San Diego easy. There is noise from the airport but once inside, it is not that noticeable and sound machines are available in all three bedrooms. I cannot recommend this amazing place any higher. We would definitely stay there any time we come back to town.

The view from this rental was excellent! Our family really enjoyed the fact that we could relax on the patio and have an AMAZING view of the fireworks over the bay on the 4th! We could also see the nightly fireworks from Sea World. It’s definitely very close to the airport, but we actually enjoyed watching the planes. And the airport noise inside the house was minimal. The rental house was also very centrally located to everything we had on our list of San Diego sites. Overall it worked great for our family of 5 adults and 1 teen.
