Highly recommend to anyone looking to refinance. I reached out to Renzo because of all his great reviews and he lived up to the hype. He was very responsive, offered us great rates and helped make our refinance experience go very smoothly. I only wished we had found him earlier.

Been working with Renzo and his team since 2015. Took advantage of the lower rate associated with the COVID situation to refinance a property we own in San Diego. Smooth sailing. He even brought the notary to my door. Stop shopping around. This is the team you need!

Renzo always delivers. I forgot how many refinances we've done over the years, but at this point it's probably at least a half a dozen. Renzo handled each one as if it was our first: with care and vigilance with all the curveballs thrown at us.

He and his team make it easy to get mortgage rate you want. We have to do very little in the grand scheme of the process. With our busy lives, I can't think of better customer service!

Renzo is exceedingly polite and answers questions immediately; in addition, he is phenomenal at his craft of getting the best deals on mortgages/refinancing. Renzo, Giovani, and John of MAR financial were absolutely great to work with (again). I first used MAR Financial to buy in 2012 and then most recently in April of 2021. This second time around was challenging due to competition in this crazy market. However, Renzo went above and beyond and provided additional detail in our pre-approval package that helped make our offer more appealing. He would even call and/or take lengthy calls from selling agents asking about our readiness to execute escrow.
