Simon is very honest and does good work! My laptop had a few problems that I wasn't fixable by other places, and Repair gig was able to make it work

Owner was very friendly and the price was insanely cheap, he fixed it in less than an hour and it’s working like it’s brand new.i would recommend this place to anyone who has a broken screen.quality, convenient and he guarantees if something goes wrong anytime soon to call asap and it will be fixed.

My iPad screen cracked after I dropped it and I went to the Apple Store and was told a replacement iPad would cost $499 and would be out of warranty. My husband suggested. I find someone to just replace the screen. That led me to asking on LA Jewish Mommies for someone to replace just the screen. Negah, Simon’s wife, suggested her husband and because the location was so convenient, I texted with Simon and was able to drop off my iPad the same day. He had to order a part otherwise it would have been even faster service. I dropped it off on Friday afternoon and got it back Tuesday afternoon. My iPad looks like new. Simon was pleasant to work with and knowledgeable. I will definitely return the next time I drop my iPad again and crack the screen!

Had a heck of a time finding a backlight power inverter for an old iMac that might fix a production machine in time for a big job. Repair Gig had the goods and shipped promptly, and even with a mix up on the delivery address RG was quick to respond to emails for resolution.

I've bought a battery for my laptop since my brand (Asus) is not taking care beyond the two years warranty. Simon stayed in touch since the begining and sent the product over right away. It actualy took like a month to get past customs but in the end the battery arrived well pacakged and in pristine condition. I'd recomend to give them a look. They might just have the part you've been looking to repair your devices.

Simon inspected my computer, explained the problem, rebuilt the faulty component with new parts and i had my machine back running solid within only a few days. A near perfect experience!

Wonderful customer service. I came in to fix my electric pencil sharpener (which isn’t something they normally fix) and Simon offered to look at it. He texted me clear pictures and described the problem. The fact that repair gig was willing to help with such a small device really says so much about the character of the business. 5 stars will definitely return for other future electronic needs.

I dropped my iPhone XR in a puddle of water and thought it was fine for days until I turned it off. When I tried to turn it back on it got stuck in a loop, it would boot and show the apple logo then shut off and start again, over and over and over. I brought it over here and they were able to open it up, repair the damage and replace the parts that were causing the reboot loop, and explain all of that to me for a low price in a very reasonable time frame. Could not have asked for better service, would happily recommend this place to anyone who needs their phone serviced. Simon and Negah were so extremely kind and friendly and helpful. I walked in stressed about not having my phone, which I need for work, and left feeling great that I was able to get such a quick repair and support a local business.

Simon and Negah are absolutely wonderful- VERY kind and welcoming which is always important with these experiences! I came with an iPhone I was interested in fixing and after Simon inspected the issue he was honest and told me that it wouldn't be worth me fixing the phone because it would cost more money than the value of fixing it. He did not charge me for the inspection even though that took at least 15 minutes out of his day and was honest even if that meant he was losing business from me. He gained a valued customer from that moment. I ended up returning because of that very act and paid to get my laptop battery switched out. He changed it in the same day, just a few hours later, and gave me a fair price on it. I HIGHLY suggest going to Repair Gig and will definitely be referring everyone I know to them!
