Josiah revived a dead cell phone. No charge to diagnose, and less than $70 to repair. And, he told us what the cost would be before working on it. Plus, he wouldn't charge us if he couldn't fix it. From the friendly, knowledgeable staff, to having the phone back to us fixed in under three hours, this was an extremely great experience! We'll definitely bring any of our electronics here to fix.

Denzel at Delta Shore location was very helpful, explained process of repair, how long it would take. Apprx 40mn, my Note 10 Plus cracked lens was repaired. Future computer, lap top and phone repair issues, l will give Denzel call at Repair All-Delta Shore Location.

Denzel was very professional and informative. We were prepared to buy new apple phones elsewhere because Target and ATnT told us that was our only option. Replaced batteries on both phones and all is good. Saved us over $600

I dropped my girlfriend off to get her nails done, I seen a iPhone repair shop, I went in to get my screen fixed. I was in & out of there within 10 minutes. The gentleman that helped me was working on something when I approached him, he stopped what he was doing to help me.he is for sure a great customer service rep, I shall return if I need anything else done, & by the way, the prices was on point.

I got a screen replacement on a glitching phone they were very helpful over the phone and Very professional had good prices and great warranty if ever need to repair my phone again I will be coming back

I got my note20 ultra 5G screen replaced here cost me about $400. When I retrived my phone the front facing camera had specs of dust on it so I went back in to have them fix it they said "the camera was bad and ordered me a new one they would call me when the part was in" its been 5months no contact (you could see the dust moving around.) I got sprayed with a water whose on vacation recently and my phone just after I got my phone looked at by another tech repair guy which said that they did not seal the phone properly and now my phone won't work cuz of the water damage. GO HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Dalton was thorough in explaining the repair process and very helpful and friendly while repairing my phone. The customer service was exemplary and my phone was repaired in no time. Thank you all so much.

The turn around was lightning fast and the price was amazing. The repair of my device will allow me to work. I now have to call the clients that I had called to postpone due to all other repair shops saying it would be days or even weeks before they could repair my device. I am grateful for the great customer service and prompt repair. Will most definitely return for all Apple and electronic repairs. Thanks again Sir!

Recently brought in my ipad air 2 for a screen/digitizer replacement.called in beforehand for a quote to which rep said it could be done in about an hour. Dropped it off Thurs at lunchtime (later afternoon).

Had to call in before they closed cause I didnt hear back from anyone, to which I was told it wont be done until tomorrow. Ok, no worries.

Was called the next day to come and pick it up, it was ready. Went in and tested before paying for it, the finger print reader did not work. Rep said he will take a look at it and then call me when its ready.

Got a call before they were closing to let me know its ready. Went in again and the same exact thing happened. Now I dont live by this location in Delta Shores but was recommended by the Elk Grove location cause it was their location that had more parts available. I was told that he would work on it and then let me know the following day. Said he would try and make it right for me since I had drove in twice and it was not fixed and wasted gas coming in. I thought ok, great. Didnt ask for it but I appreciated the initiative to take responsibility and make it right for their cust.

Didnt hear back from anyone until Monday evening that it was done to which it too late I couldnt pick it up until Tuesday. When I went in, the rep (different one) had no idea what happened, and was not aware of the situation. Offered nothing what I was told and only took the taxes off to which it came out to what I was originally quoted on the price.

I am not looking to get anything free. I understand its a service provided and people should be paid for their work. But to go through that and then promise a compensation and then find out that no one know about it and to handle to take no responsibility.

Save your money or support another business that stands by their work/word.

It was a referral given to me by Walmart so I went in. Marcus was extremely helpful and patient with me, from now if I need any accessories, I’m going to go to Repair All. I’m very satisfied with the kind service I received and I will recommend this store to my friends and family, thank you so much!

My charge cable would no longer stay in place, dealt with different types of creative ways to make it stay put for months, tons of frustration as they never worked well.i just brought it into RepairALL and in a total of 20 minutes, I was walking out the door with a repaired, perfectly functioning connection. All that was needed was a good professional cleaning after year of probably pocket lint and debris collection. Price was more than fair. I feel stupid as I should have done this last year. Don't be stupid, just check out RepairALL. I'll be contacting them again to repair the blown speakers on my MacBook Pro.

My wife's phone is now finally fixed, but getting there was a lot of broken promises and lack of communication. Very disappointed in the Delta Shores RepairAll. Update: thumbprint unlock no longer works for the phone after screen replacement.

I literally made 2 stops this repair shop once to repair a phone and also to purchase an I phone same day! Customer service was Awesome.all my questions and concerns were answered! And my i phone was repaired within a half hour. Thank you. I’d definitely recommend!

I called first to see if they had a battery for my phone and they did. I drove to the store, got the info and consented to the repair. Walked around the mall for about 40 minutes and when I came back they had just finished.

I highly recommend RepairAll at Delta Shores for anyone who has trouble with their computer. They got my computer back up and running in record time for me to complete my project. The cost was reasonable. Both Dalton and Marcus were very professional, friendly, and they listened to my concerns. I am absolutely pleased with all their service!

It was good till time to pay i wanted to use a $10 coupon received from text and one of his co worker told me i can't.even i said it doesn't have a exp date he claimed it was a yesterday text which we didn't even receive the $10 off text yesterday.it said $10 off any repair.so for coupon wise if we can't even redeem then don't text us to come in: (

Dalton and his partner were extremely professional and courteous. I actually watched as Dalton was repairing my iPhone screen, and replacing the battery. His skill and technique while disassembling my phone was smooth and methodical. The way he placed every minuscule screw that he removed on the worktable in a way that he would know exactly how to reassemble the phone. I have electronic and electrical experience, and so watching him was a pleasure. Especially for a young adult. I am glad that I did not attempt to replace these phone pieces by myself watching YouTube.

The fact that I am able to write this review on my iPhone, is proof that he did a great job and everything is working.

As I told Dalton, normally only Apple stores touch my Apple products. But after this experience, I will have to reconsider going to third party businesses. I would recommend this business to my friends.

As a retired "IT Anlalyst", with over 40 years experience, whose worked in both the "Defence Industry and normal government; I felt completely comfortable leaving my phone with your technician. The guy was very knowledgeable and informative, listened was and totally resolved the issue. Thanks
