Update 12/13/2023: I’m making up for my super short review previously. I came in again just to check on a thumb drive that I thought was corrupted since it wouldn’t open and Troy was so helpful with my issue and so friendly and knowledgeable. Always goes the extra mile and he’s going to research items for effective computing I asked him to help me on. He’s super! I’m afraid too many people will wanna see him and he won’t have time for me and my small business LOL But gotta give credit where credit is due! And while he’s been called “Trey”, “Travis”, “Trevor”, “Young Gentleman”, “Young Man”, his name is TROY:)

I took my ipad into have the screen replaced as it was shattered and the folks were extremely professional and they completed the repair the same day I dropped it off. The price was extremely reasonable as well.

The service tech was friendly and helpful, and the screen repair service I requested for my iPad was done within hours.

He was very courteous and friendly. I brought in 2 iPhones X’s needing new front screens and 1 back screen. He got them up and running in a few hours. He put screen protectors on too. If we have any problems there’s a 90 day warranty on them just bring them back. They will take care of the issue. I am very satisfied with the results thank you for your immediate repair, and care.

The customer support and pricing here is the absolute best in town. I was very pleased with Talon who helped me navigate several technical issues. From troubleshooting faceID to exploring battery port and charging problems, the level of customer service was awesome.
