Republic Of Pie reviews
18Great food, friendly staff and cool vibes, live music, old flicks projected against the wall, definitely a popular place for people to get together and catch up or do business
Pie YES, coffee, YES.
This place is serious about their Pies.
A buddy is a super critical foodie.we got him Marionberry and Cherry whole pies. He made a point of saying "no one knows how to make cherry pies.but these guys know what they're doing.this pie is awesome"
Also had the banana cream and coconut cream whole pies a few weeks earlier.for another event.spectacular.
Earl Grey pie was decent.not my cup of tea (SWIDT?) but another buddy loves it and says there's nothing like it that he's ever seen.
Just picked up a pecan pie and I can't wait for Thanksgiving a few days away because it looks delish.
Savory Pie you say? Chilli Turkey pie was on point.
Sammich?
Champion sandwich was perfect balance of egg, tomato, avocado, greens, toast. 100percent doing THAT again.
Coffee? Espresso and coffee were great.don't go to "FourBucks" coffee down the street.support local and go here.
Can't wait to explore more on their menu.
Apparently they have live music too and an outdoor patio.don't know much about it as I'm a grab and go customer.
Say hi to Jamie while you're there.she and every person I've spoken with there was pleasant and super friendly.
Thanks for reinstating my desire to support local?
This place truly lives up to the name.
No matter which pie you get, it’ll be amazing. The chocolate banana bread pudding is our go-to, but the peach pie was also amazing. I highly recommend getting it heated up if you’re eating there.
Also, the coffee is pretty great and the atmosphere is cozy and comfy.
Highly recommended.
Great place to grab breakfast or lunch. They let you have 2 hours of wifi, which I think is fair. The power was out at my place and I needed to pop in somewhere to get some work done - this place saved the day.
The staff are quick and the restaurant is clean with an interesting ambience.
I’ll definitely go back!

Came in real quick to pick up pies and it was delicious! Get the Coconut Cream Pie and the Espresso Chocolate Almond one. Atmosphere is really nice to just relax or study but parking is terrible. Street parking only.
Real American atmosphere. A big variety of pies. I’m found of avocado toast and it is really good in the Republic of Pie.
Best Earl Gray pie and chicken wrap ever! I’m a pie lover and i profoundly enjoyed this place! Pleasant vibe and interior:) food and staff was great!
Awesome and filling pies. Got the turkey chili pie and the chocolate banana pudding pie. Both were fantastic.
This feels like the kind of laid-back coffee shop you'd find in a college town. It has mismatched wooden tables and chairs and whimsical elements like a shelf full of board games that are probably missing a piece or two, and a bookshelf that invites you to ignore the work you came to get done. It's much bigger than most of the coffee shops in LA (it even has a private back patio!) but I guess that's because it's kind of a restaurant too. Speaking of, their pot pie was really good. The best part of that is you can order a drink, and then after a couple hours if you're still working, you can get something to eat, and then if you stay even longer, get a different drink. I love a spot where I can post up all day. I tried their chai and their iced tea, and liked them both. The chai was very sweet but super smooth. The iced tea was mild and unsweetened, perfect for a hot day. Plus, the staff is really nice!
Key lime pie was not tart enough for me, tho perfect for my wife. Real issue was, I think, Marionberry pie? I was told it was similar to boysenberry, but it’s nothing like it. Couldn’t even finish it. Keylime was good. I’d go back if I’m in the area. Very good sandwiches.
The food is great. Cafe is a good vibe. Staff are nice. However one thing that would be great if the pies had a vegan or non dairy option. I understand it's hard to make the consistency of the pies without dairy but to accommodate more people it would be amazingg
Very cool little spot in NoHo for coffee and pies. Atmosphere is chill and staff are friendly.
Great pie selection and food selection.
Food is not bad in pricing. Pies are a bit pricey. But delicious
This is my brothers local coffee shop. It’s a great little place to sit, to unwind, and have a nice coffee or tea, it’s spacious. It’s interesting it’s friendly. It’s worth checking out! You wouldn’t expect it from the outside but inside it’s amazing!
Always my go-to spot to grab a coffee or quick bite with friends, but the atmosphere is perfect to do some studying or writing. Staff is always super friendly.
Photos are from the neighborhood. Parking is a little hard to find, but the walk from my car was nice and Republic of Pie is always worth it.
I got chicken pot pie which was great! The Nutella latte was not a good choice but other things looked better. Brother got an omelette combo and iced coffee. Was done quickly and had outdoor seating.
Republic of Pie is my favorite cafe in LA!
The coffee tastes wonderful and the pastries are amazing. The Almond Croissant is my favorite.
The pies are simply unique. They are always freshly prepared throughout the day. We had the chocolate banana pie.
The service is very nice and accommodating.
The price/performance ratio is right!
An absolute recommendation for a good coffee in North Hollywood.
Great spot for a quick bite or friendly catch up also a good co working spot in the valley
