Under a new state law, we are required to put all of our food waste into the greenery bin and have it picked up weekly. I have done this every week to follow the law, but no longer do so. The reason is they never come to pick it up. I pay a monthly fee to have my waste picked up every Thursday. They never show up so I call Thursday evening and I am promised that they will pick it up Friday. Friday they don’t come and then we are told to leave it until Monday morning. I should not have to call every, single, week to have my services performed, services that I pay for! What am I paying for? I’m going to find out how high and what level I can take my complaint regarding the services. If I pay for a service, I should get it without having to call week after week, after week, and ask them to come and perform the service I pay for, I am so fed up with this I can’t even speak.

Update: They did provide a trash bin after multiple calls. I am not frustrated that the the trash bin falls in the collector, I am frustrated the driver doesn't pull it out/the company can only schedule delivery a week out. If it was the next day, I would not have an issue at all.

Original post: Twice in three weeks they let our bin fall into the front loader, they make you wait 1 week to get a other bun. This time it was our black bin, how unsanitary to have us hold trash in our home for 1 week! I hate these guys, they deserve a negative 5 stars.

Every single week I come home and have to pull the trash cans laid out on the street or sidewalk. I happened to pull up while the trash is getting picked up and after driver knocks both recycling and trash cans down, open lid and laid out on the ground the driver stares at me while driving away. That slob driving the truck could care less, even as I’m talking to him saying you going leave them like that? Every week, it’s all down the street makes it look sloppy, like their work.

The drivers toss your extra small yard waste cans to the side, allowing debris to go all over the street. Apparently they won't take your non-Republic branded cans, but they should at least respect their customers. Perhaps we should repeal their contract with the city.

Addendum: Canned responses are not actions. I am just fed up having to clean up after your guys, this has happened more than once. No way will I give you my address, you people cannot be trusted.

We have been calling and requesting for bulk pick up and new containers since transferring here on March 17 2023. Three mondays have passed by and there are no changes to our requests. Please address these issues. It is a total waste of time and effort. We have been paying for service that we are not receiving.

Always do there best to solve my problems and communicate. Thank you for your hard work. Not always easy dealing with people and there many complaints all day.

I've been trying to open an account for green waste pickup since April 2022. I've been trying to get my warped & broken recycle and trash cans exchanged since June of 2022. NOTHING! 10 months, countless phone calls, and hours of my time wasted that I can never get back. They're unbelievably bad.

Worst trash collecting service. They can avoid collecting trash for months while they are on strike for paid customers without paying any compensations of missed collections. Yet they do not collect any overage that doesn’t fit on the tiny trash bin while SD city trash is free and pick those up.

Been having an issue with them, putting our bin back where it belongs and today I seen them dumping recycling into the trash. He even dropped a side loader been using a front loader inside of the truck.upon speaking to the driver, he told me he don’t care. He doesn’t need this job. He’s had it for 20 years very rude and unprofessional.

They were scheduled 3 times since they missed their scheduled pick up two weeks in a row to pick up our homes trash. No on time or reliable service.
