Went for a teeth cleaning appointment & had Rachel as my hygienist. She is excellent! Did a thorough job and educated me on tips to help care for my teeth. Dr. Ebrahimi came in after to examine and all was good.

I worked for Dr. Del Beaupre for eleven years and for Dr. Jeff Gradinger until I retired in 2000. I was able to chat with Dr. E.for a few minutes on Thursday and was happy with that. He has modernized the office and the practice and I was very comfortable there.

It was my first visit with this dentist. It was very chaotic. When I called to make the appointment I explained to the lady on the line that I had broken my retainer and she asked if I wanted to move up my appointment from August to this coming Monday and I said that would be great. No one in the dentist office knew anything about this and I couldn't understand why I had to wait so long and he had so many other patients and it was so hectic and busy. When I found out that they had no idea that I had changed my appointment because of a broken retainer and I wound up being there from 2: 00 to 4: 30 p.m. Waiting to get everything done. They asked me who I made the appointment with and I said I didn't get her name, perhaps she's the one who took off early for some kind of emergency. They told me one of the ladies had an emergency and didn't come back after lunch so that's why everything was so busy and backed up. I hope we will do better in the future if I'm going to continue with this doctor who has replaced my previous dentist who retired.

A family dental practice transitioning to a new dentist. Feels like it will continue to be a fine dental practice. My visit yesterday was as good as it always has been.

I love Dr. Gradinger and have been going for years. He is retiring and it is well deserved. His replacement is amazing and of course the staff is too. My last cleaning was quick and efficient. Thank you all for taking care of my teeth and gums! <3 <3
