The employees was very professional he look first the areas that they need to be clean and he used quimica needed to clean the tile in kitchen area and carpet spots. When he was done I was very happy to see the difference in the kitchen grout and carpet areas. I recommend with this professional service.

The technician who came to the house was extremely hard-working and detail oriented. I really hope it takes care of the pet odor within the sofa. If it doesn’t It will need to be thrown away because I cannot imagine anything more could be done after seeing the hard work from the crew.

We got our large area rug cleaned. They fit us right in to their busy schedule and did a thorough job. The rug looks great. Communication, confirming and pickup. Start to finish was a positive experience.

We have used Resendez Bros twice now! They are great for our couch cleaning needs. They vacuum and clean our couch thoroughly and quick! Fantastic response with 2 technicians arriving on time and cleaned soiled carpet that looks almost like new and 2 large area rugs in a high traffic area and under a dining area that are now spot and soil free! Will definitely use their services again!

Referred by a friend, we had Resendez Bros.clean carpets and a large sectional couch taken over by our two labs. We appreciated multiple texts and reminders, even an "enroute" heads-up. The technician, Eric, was very polite and friendly. I didn't stand around and watch, but he stayed with it, and I never saw him on his cellphone.:) Their rig, the van and equipment inside, looks well taken care of and well, new! Very impressive outfit! All carpets are clean, the dining room doesn't smell like dog, and the couch is very clean and has already been taken over by the two labs! Another nice thing, the cleansing agent does not smell foul, or give us any note of chemicals.

ONLY 1 PERSON SHOWED TO CLEAN A 3 BEDROOM LIVING ROOM HOME. OUR HOME ISN'T THAT DIRTY EVEN THE CLEANING GUY SAID IT BUT THE HALLWAYS NEEDED EXTRA CARE. BY THE TIME HE WAS DONE WITH THE BEDROOMS HE WAS TIRED AND HIS ARMS HURT. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN GREAT TO HAVE A SECOND PERSON WORK ON THE REST OF THE HOME, BUT THAT WAS NOT THE CASE SO HE DIDN'T DO WELL IN THE HALLWAYS. THEY STILL LOOK DIRTY.

Don't waste your time. Requested 3 times for an estimate for cleaning my tile and grout. Someone came out, THEN they requested pictures. Never received a call, follow up, or an estimate. Completely ignored. If you value your time don't waste it with Resendez Bros

First I received a message letting me know James was on his way, it was nice to know the name of the person, who was coming and doing the service. James arrived right on time, he explained everything he was going to do and the process. He got started right away, and was quick, but NOT rushed which was nice. I also had them clean our kitchen floor. Everything looks so good, that I just want to roll around in our clean carpet now.

Second time used this company. Nice, friendly guys. First time had problems with the area rug bc it got too wet and got mold. However they took the rug into their plant and cleaned it up. This time they left a lot of dirt in the rug. My first clue was when he said he could work around the furniture. Wait, what? No no move the furniture. The areas in front of the two couches and chairs had very visible footprint stains. I just spent a couple hours cleaning them up with my portable green machine. Got a lot of black water out. Disappointing.

This is the second time we've used their carpet cleaning service. They were on time, did a great job. I found them I think in 2019, kept the receipt handy so we could call them again for a cleaning. Nice company to work with.

Need someone to clean my carpet since it’s been years the last time I had a deep clean on my carpet. And I have two dogs so it was a must. Found the Resendez Bros on yelp. Call them right away.
