Reserve at Chino Hills

First week here. It's been amazing. The level of professionalism I've experienced from the staff (Leasing and Maintenance) has been exceptional to say the least.

My Girlfriend and I had a great experience getting into our new apartment quickly. Michelle from the front office went well above and beyond to make sure everything was as smooth as could be! We toured the complex on a Wednesday and were moving in that Saturday! Can not be more happy to be here!

We have lived at the reserve at Chino Hills for over a year now and we just transferred from a one bedroom to a two bedroom two bath. We absolutely love living here the amenities are awesome it’s super clean, maintenance is great and always on time, the grounds are kept super clean and beautiful and green. We just worked with Michelle Napolitano as our leasing agents to move into the two bedroom and she is so great to work with. She is very helpful very kind answered all her questions the process was really easy and smooth. If you’re looking to live in Chino Hills this is a great location and a wonderful place to live.

I have been living here for a month and it is wonderful! I had a leak coming from my water tank and I called the 24hr service they showed up at 9am and fixed it in no time! Thank you I wish I could have thanked them in person but I happened to fall asleep, I didn't even hear when they finished and the response time was quick!
The only thing I would improve is the parking! I want to have guest over but parking can be so hard to find at times: (

Worst Experience Ever!
You can't imagine how amateur the apartment management team is and how much trouble they can make! You can not trust every single word from them and in fact they don't understand their policy themselves.
They keep telling you good stuff and promised the things that don't exist but at the end nothing is real. If you want to get anything information from them, don't forget to bring a recorder!
Also, don't trust the office hour because they will either 1-2 hours late or lock the door even though they are inside, and they will never return the call if you leave your number there.
The noise, I've never lived in any apartment more noisy than this one, the apartment is surrounded by two main roads and one of it leads to freeway, so you can enjoy endless noise. If you are a light sleeper, run!
Parking space is small and don't mention the car break incidents here.
When you try to end the lease because of the unbearable noise day and night and followed every rules they made, the management team will play hard on you and they cannot even finish the process in the right way and threatened to charge you the rest of the rents because of their own mistakes. Never met any apartment management team worse then this one, stay away from it and any other apartment is better than this one!

Michelle had outstanding customer service and communication. She kept in contact before our arrival from out of state and even came in to assist us on her days off a few times.

There’s been a lot of theft (vehicles, people jumping in other patios, etc) as of late and the residence that have been affected have requested the leasing office to send out emails and such to notify everyone. They refuse to acknowledge and do anything about it. Please be careful and look elsewhere where security is actually a thing.

Kristal Yanez is amazing. She showed me the perfect unit, I immediately said yes. She made the application process extremely easy. Thank you Kristal!

There is still black mold in my bathroom. I’ve lived here for three years and this is the fourth time it’s came back. Very unhealthy. The work order wasn’t completed and was still closed out as compared. I don’t understand.

Nice at first then got ghetto, there are car break in’s EVERYDAY and they do nothing about it.

It's been great! Maintenance requests are handled very quickly. The amenities are nice and the tenants are generally quiet. Big plus for allowing pets. Open parking spaces are tight and may fill up quickly by the evening. Property management will occasionally host small events for kids/family.

ALL THE MAINTENANCE GUYS ARE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THEY ALWAYS SHOW UP QUICKLY AND TAKE CARE OF ANY ISSUES WITH A SMILE. REALLY IS A GREAT TEAM

Luis always has been the best when it comes to completing a task at my requests. My air went out in the midst of the heatwave and when I saw his name that the task needed to be completed the following day, I knew with him on it, things were to be done with complete satisfaction, thank you Luis, thank you Reserves!

I'm comfortable and am thankful that Staff and Maintenance are attentive and responsive when requests or emails are sent in. The complex is well-maintained and professionally managed and I deeply appreciate that.
