14Nice hotel for by the airport. Great service and love there are restaurants on sight. Only one real issue and that is the Air Conditioner is a little loud but it is tolerable once you get to sleep.
Great place and location to LAX but rather loud both from a airport standpoint and a people standpoint. I want to stay this would have got five stars but the fact that my room could hear planes flying and I kept hearing the neighbors doors shut kept me up. Other than that was good
Nice and clean excellent employees service was excellent and all in all good experience and very quiet I should add cuz I slept like a baby
Residence inn was great just too expensive! Go to hpmewood suites 1 block away. They are just as great but much more affordable!
The receptionist will greet you with a friendly smile. The rooms have been properly cleaned, allowing you to relax and enjoy your stay.
Decent place. Breakfast was limited due to covid. Bed and pillows were not comfortable. My wife's back hurt because of it.
Really fun and clean. They have great service too. The best part though is that they have robots there that help u with certain things it is really cool.
Residence Inn is good for long term stays. The one down the street from LAX is convenient to the airport and rooms are nice. The front desk staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. I would definitely staff again when in LA.
I have been to this hotel on multiple occasions flying into Los angeles. It's less than 10 minutes from LaX there is a Starbucks located on the inside also a tiny mini mart if you need food or snacks. Right next to it there is a Jersey Mike's a nice pizza place that sales wings salads and craft beer. I would highly recommend this place and I will definitely be back
This place is top notch. I have stayed here for the last year almost once a month. The service is excellent, The food divine, and The rooms all have amazing views. The staff is willing to work with me when I request a specific room. They are accommodating to most requests. The staff is pleasant and kind. The Valet Service is wonderful and very customer service oriented and they actually care about your car. The Residence Inn by Marriott Los Angeles LAX has always treated me like a Princess when I have stayed there. See you soon Residence Inn by Marriott Los Angeles LAX!
Great hotel in downtown LA. Rooms are quite large for LA standards. Beautiful views and the bed was very comfy. This place is perfect if you are catching a show at the nearby Ahmanson or Taper theaters. Also within walking distance to Grand Central Market for a fun meal. Staff was pleasant. I would definitely stay here again. Well worth the price!
Nice room, friendly staff. Except that my TV and/or remote didn't work and despite one phone call and one face to face encounter asking for assistance, nobody ever came to fix it.
Hi, why do you guys only have no umbrellas in your outside patio? Please install all the umbrellas in the patio for Starbucks and Jersey Mike's. Dining in the sun and heat isn't any fun.
Nancy was awful and said someone would be with us, went to tend to lobby needs, then came back to finally check us in. Poor service
