I do a short stay-ca-tion at this location every once in a while, and it usually services my need. The most recent time was pleasant until the morning of checkout. Check-out is usually at 12: 00 p.m. As a longtime Marriott Bonvoy member, I am guaranteed a 2: 00 p.m. Check-out, but I was satisfied when they granted me a 1: 00 p.m. Check-out. However, between the hours of 10: 00 a.m, and 12: 00 p.m, housekeeping knocked on my door THREE times, once even trying to enter the room while I was getting out of the shower. My desires to sleep late, eat breakfast, and enjoy a nice shower before getting back to the real world were ruined BEFORE regular check-out time. THREE times? Come on Residence Inn Redondo Beach. Your customers deserve better than that.

Save your money! Shady characters inside and outside all hours of the night and day. Actually had the police come to the room next to ours. Lady was tripping on drugs. They also charge $18 a night to park.

I have only delivered food here and when i go through its always very clean and staff are friendly and mind there own. Also and atm on sight as well right inside door by the pool elevator

I typically like the Residence Inn by Marriott but this location is the worst one that I've ever been to! I'm not sure what the housekeepers idea of cleaning and sanitizing a room is but it's not up to par. I booked the room at the last minute hoping to get some rest after a long day of driving around. I got myself ready to take a shower and noticed a lot of soap scum and dirt on the shower walls. The kitchen counter, kitchen table, desk and nightstands were either dirty or sticky from the precious visitors. I used my disinfectaning wipes and Lysol spray to clean and disinfect as much as I could. Keep in mind that it was late and there weren't any housekeepers at the hotel to clean the room. I literally scrubbed the bathroom walls and bathtub with the brand new kitchen sponge and Palmolive that was on the kitchen counter. I called the front desk to have my room switched and the bathroom shower walls were just as dirty but the rest of the room "appeared to look clean". There was an issue with the miscommunication as far as me being compensated for the inconvenience but it was resolved. Based on the space of the room I would've given it a 10 but the issue is cleanliness. Also, there was a dusty mildewy smell in the room as well that again triggered my allergies!

My stay here was nice I have no complaints the front desk personnel were so polite amd speedy! Also the housekeepers were very nice and made sure that I had whatever I asked for! Would definately recommend this hotel to friends and family!

Nice place, staff is very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms. Only thing I noticed was when a lady was checking in with her service dog they gave her a problem and charged her $100 dollars. Apparently they don't have to abide by federal law. Other than that nice place.

Nice hotel. Until you cook. After I finished cooking as I was cleaning up 5 roaches came out.eww not happy with that made me not want to be there, eat there ect.

Although the immediately surrounding area is not the best or prettiest, the hotel is central to a lot to do and see in Redondo. Staff is always friendly and professional and moved me out of a room to another within 10 minutes of my complaint. The rooms are clean and well kept if not a little dated.

We booked studio room for 3 days for 2 adult, the ambience was good and staff are so welcoming.break fast is added by default, apart from it they have complementary evening snack section where they basically serve barbecue with wine near swimming pool.overall its a good stay with good food.

A little over priced and they make you pay extra for parking in their lot. They also have a shuttle but won't drop off at their airport since it is conveniently barely outside of their shuttle range.

The hotel had a great environment, the pool was amazing. The breakfast was a but crowded but got the job done in terms of the food.

Great staff, very clean rooms, social hour Monday to Wednesday is fun, safe no-outlet street and close to LAX, shopping and dining.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean, spacious rooms. Happy hour provided free drinks, breakfast was fresh and had lots of choices also included. I like this place and will stay there longer next time. It was close to the airport AND comfortable!

The rooms are really nice. The only problem with the layout is the sofa bed, but that will likely remain untouched.

Property is worn out, so are the furnitures in the room. Seems like all hotels on this Hotel Drive is owned by the same owner. We stayed here at Residence Inn and Homewood suites a few feet away, definitely Homewood is nicer and better maintained (also newer) in the common areas. Breakfast is of low quality and tastes horrible which is why it is included in the room price. For its price of ca $200/not with parking I’d rather stay at Hyatt Place or similar.
