A huge shoutout to Angelica for sending my package! I left my two favorite shirts hanging in the closet of our room. She shipped them to me, and they were beautifully wrapped in tissue paper. Such a delight to be treated with such care. Our stay for the night at this hotel was also wonderful. Clean, comfortable beds and excellent + kind service! Thank you!

Our recent visits to Residence Inn Riverside Moreno Valley have consistently delighted us, ensuring a positive experience each time. This newly built hotel exudes a sleek and contemporary atmosphere, offering modernity at every turn. With kitchens available in all rooms, the convenience of preparing meals at our own pace was a definite plus.

The hotel's prime location near major shopping hubs like Costco, Target, Starbucks, and an adjacent mall further elevates its appeal. Staying here is not only convenient but also opens up a world of nearby amenities. Without a doubt, we intend to return for future stays.

Additionally, their breakfast spread is a standout, surpassing the offerings of other hotels. The Fitness Center is top-notch, and the laundry facilities add to the convenience, making it an all-encompassing choice for a comfortable stay.

Clean rooms, quiet and very spacious. Complimentary breakfast had a large variety of options. Great location and very friendly staff!

It was a nice room. My only 2 grips was the streaming service was down and I couldn't cast to the TV and there was hair in the shower. Of course I can be special so who is to say this is a major issue.

These rooms are high class and spacious. 100% recommend. This is by far one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at.

I have to be honest the rooms were amazing, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was SOOOO helpful, we had a scheduled power outage for maintenance in my neighborhood and the staff went above and beyond. We are currently in a heat wave and I was worried about my kids and dogs during the power outage with no AC so I asked the staff if they could help and let us get a super late check out to stay cool till the power was restored. They helped us out and let us stay until power was turned back on at our house and helped us stay safe and cool during the heat wave. I will send anyone looking for a room to this location from now on. Amazing people, amazing room, and amazing breakfast.

Marriott had a data breach. Someone reserved a room in my name at this location and used my credit card through Marriott (no other fraud charges on that card).

I immediately emailed Marriott and called the hotel. Hotel said they’d take care of it.

Months later I’m going through my card statements for taxes and I see it was billed and not refunded.

Now the hotel refuses to refund my money. Their latest excuse is that my credit card expiration date changed so they can’t do it, and they refuse to write a check.

Marlena Perez is the assistant general manager who replied to me emails refusing to take care of this. I’m trying to go through Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program but it’s still not getting done.

Nice receptionist that knew my name. Decent room. Horrible breakfast (everything had eggs, which I don't like, except for waffles.which were loaded with a ton of sugar, for some reason!? They remove the coffee the second the breakfast is over, and even turned off the TV, while my associate were still sitting there. Parking is not very good, either.
