Residence Inn by Marriott San Jose Campbell

By far one of my favorite hotels. Super clean and stocked with SOFT towels and linens, feather pillows and comforters. And the kitchens are stocked with everything you need and you can borrow things like blenders, mixers, rice cookers etc. And the layout is perfect so the bed isn't sitting in the kitchen. It feels like home. Staff is friendly and accomadating as well.

I would highly recommend for the park and stay package. Shuttle runs on the top of the hour and so it was easy to take an early shuttle for a 6am flight.

The room smelled of sewer pipes, it was not clean and everything was sticky and just gross. Made me feel dirty just being in the room.

Excellent customer service and impeccable grounds. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. We stay here often while visiting family. Love it!

Rooms are spacious! The room is literally like a one bedroom apartment WITH a loft and bathroom upstairs. The kitchen is fully stocked with glasses, pots, pans, bowls, plates.etc. Parking lot gets pretty full.

The sink and bathtub kept getting clogged.the AC only went to like 72 degrees but the room never reached that temperature stayed 80 the entire week i was there. I even called the front desk to complain and she said it takes 2 hours for the room to reach that temp.it didnt reach that temp ever.they charged me 8 bucks a day for car parking. I dont even have a car! Also when i got there the trash in the room wasnt thrown out! And the walls were so gross, dirty and definitely needed a good wipe down or to be painted again. I paid almost $1500 for the week and thats what i had to deal with.smh

Room smells of cat piss. We are moving to California and one of the only places that allowed animals. We walked into the room and it smells of cat piss. We brought our cat but she is indoor at home and trained not to spray the tenants before us must of not had that because it smells disgusting. The smell is clearly in the closet and in the carpet. Nasty. The pool is green and not clean or fit to swim in. The breakfast is good and staff has been helpful the little bit we have requested help.

Super friendly and accommodating staff. Useful facility, and nice social events to top it off. Recommend this place, for sure.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming and every Mon. Tues. And Weds. They have a happy hour event with free food And drinks. Comfy room and kitchenette. Couple broken things. (Doors covering garbage disposal missing. Flush button broken) but otherwise very nice room.

Well appointed rooms, spacious manicured grounds. We went to the front desk with a problem and they took care of it.

Nice place, clean, quiet, and fairly well maintained. Generous breakfast bar. Parking lot was adequate. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Lost one star because the drapes in my room were falling off the support.

Better than I expected. I was expecting a hotel type room, but these feel good for a 2 week vacation. Feels like home. A little disappointed

Great place for an extended stay. Great staff and wonderful perks such as breakfast and evening snacks.

This is a very nice facility and certainly very accommodating. Breakfast is included in the room rate along with a happy hour. The only thing I found odd was the fact that the shower curtain didn't hang lower than the tub there for wet bathroom. I do not understand how I made your chain like Marriott would miss on something like that. The rates or not exactly what I would call a bargain but this is located in California

This hotel is like being on the road working but going back to your own house everynite. Not the same old boring stiff sheets of a motel everything about this hotel all the way down to late 12 noon check out.

There is no park really available and the lady who up front in the office was not very friendly plus she over charged me still got 2 days here left ill keep you up dated

They have very spacious rooms. Their breakfast is good. They serve beer and food from Monday to Wednesday in the evening. Staff are courteous.

This is not a corporate run hotel. A bit run down but the rates must be low because my cheap company booked me here. The kitchen has granite countertops but no paper products. Internet was down most of the first day I was here. Rooms are clean and maids consistently wash my dishes.

This is our second stay and we would gladly return time and again. The suites are lovely and fully furnished with kitchen supplies, complimentary toiletries, etc. Comfortable bed and nice linens. Office staff remember our name and treat us as if we were their only guests.

TV was broke in front room, no one came yo fix it even though I went to front desk 3 days in a row to ask for help. Took 2 days and constant reminders to get extra pillows and towels. Other than that, it was a decent stay.
