Literally the biggest scam ever. We were told to wait ONE YEAR for a refund, waited. I called back and they state we only had 10 days after the contract expired for a refund! How does that make sense? The rentals never worked out, we never found a rental that was even available, and they don’t even send you the copies of the listings.when you try to prove your point they cut you off and say to take them to small claims court. Can’t even fight the money because you have to Zelle them. This is the biggest scam ever!

Horrible service. My wife and I are desperately looking for an affordable apartment for ourselves and our little ones (ages 3 & 1) and we believed this place was a great service, but I was terribly wrong and misguided. They will assure they will find something for you and give you a list of properties to look at, only to be let down and turned away by almost every single listing they provided. They only care about taking your money, and make promises they don't keep. After simply asking for a refund within the 5 day time frame, they simply said " No, I won't give you a refund "

I live in Oregon and was planning on moving down to Los Angeles area and I came across a posting on Craigslist about an apartment available. When I called the phone number, a guy that goes by the name Carlos answered and asked me to come in to the office and he would give me a list of apartments for rent within my budget. When I arrived he said he could not show me the apartments available until I paid $180 as a refundable deposit for their assistance and guarantee of finding the adequate apartment. After myself calling a few of their listings they were disconnected phone numbers or apartments that were not even available. I only gave a one start because 0 stars is not an option. This is my first review I have aver posted on any business but they have to be stoped from scamming people. Please don’t fall for this scam!

They lie to you about what they do. They said they guarantee to get you a place and they dont

Just another scam in the california housing hellscape. I'm lucky I was able to figure them out in a 20 second phone call. Their ad for the rental (that doesn't exist) was in spanish, so theyre happily feeding on their own vulnerable people.
Be careful out there ppl. These shady slumlords and corrupt management companies are getting so brazenly greedy and wild, the scams and frauds blend right in.

Thank you to all for saving me a trip here. Guy on the phone named CARLOS had a posting on Craigslist for an apartment. After googling this place I found the other reviews and it saved myself from their scam. I found it to be quite sketchy. BEWARE.
