The front desk personnel gave exceptional service. I wish they could get a grant to do inservice and professional development of how to treat patients. I’ve had such awful experiences even in my own doctor’s office. I wish they’re model could be taught throughout the medical industry. Great job!

Their machine broke and they left me on hold for 20 minutes while on the car ride to the facility. I was still on hold when I walked up to the front desk. That being said, the technicians we're very careful to make sure my prior ear surgery was not a hindrance to getting the MRI, and they differentiated between their regular strength and high strength machines. I appreciated their thoroughness.

It was a very nice experience. They were very friendly and took my scan and I was done in about 20-25 minutes total. Thank you for taking care of me.

The are ok professionally. But I like the one in Beverly Hills better.

It was not my day, I guess. I arrived at 2: 30pm and they sent me upstairs for my ultrasound while I had an X Ray as well. After I am done with ultrasound, I came down at 3: 30pm and they softly rejected me and had me come back the next day because they stopped at 4: 15 and there were 3 people ahead of me:

Now, which is the next day, I follow her instruction to come in the morning at 10am, and I have been here for 2 full hours while the receptionist keeps ensuring me she will see me before her lunch hour at 12: 30pm as she walks out for her own lunch hour. Ms. Janet who seems to be the most confident and experienced administrators informs me there are still people ahead of me and it will take at least 45 minutes, which overlaps her lunch hour. She suggests me come back tomorrow AGAIN. I know she means well; but we don’t have time to spare 3 times and wait here again and again.

It is just not my day, I guess. They are all nice. It just seems somewhere or something is not right if I had been informed to wait at least 2-3 hours rather than knowing this after 2-hour’s wait to lake a decision to continue to wait or come back tomorrow again. This does not sound right.

I guess one of the good things there is that the technician asked me: did they tell you there is a long wait when you check in? After knowing no one informed me, she felt disappointed. However, I don't know how they work, but I did not see people come in Oregon out before and after me. That is strange. Anyways, my x ray was done in 4 minutes after 155-minute's wait. I am still lucky.

My appointment check-in time was 1010am
My appointment time was 11: 10 AM I did not get seen until 12: 05 pm No one should have to wait this long for an Schedule appointment I don’t understand how my check in time was 10: 10 am and my appointment wasn’t until 11: 10 am and I didn’t get seen until 12: 10 noon. This doesn’t make any sense whatsoever to be sitting in the doctors office this long waiting to be called for your MRI SMDH I would not refer this place to anyone then to top it off the MRI machine was dirty I had to tilt my hip to the side to fit all the way in this was so uncomfortable for my lower back I am not understanding this at all!

This place was great, staff was very professional and courtesy at all times, fast quick and in and out in thirty minutes maximum in time frame which is very important. I would recommend them for future MRI procedures for anyon. Made to feel comfortable at all times a very relaxing atmosphere.

1- scheduled me for the wrong time (specifically remember repeating on the phone the time I needed and it was done incorrectly), 2- filled out and scanned docs online (ID, insurance card, imaging order) and yet they had asked for it anyway, 3- told me they were running at least 30 min behind, offering I sit and wait in their crammed waiting room OR go outside and sit in a hot car. No, thank you, taking my business elsewhere

Thanks to the staff informing me I had a appointment that was rescheduled that I didn't know about for 2: 10. I arrived on time. Was greeted to a friendly staff, place was not busy at all, which I was very surprised, and didn't have to wait very long before I was seen.
Staff was very professional and would return again.

I have Medtronic Bladder Stimulator, brought my hand set and locator gave the technican my ID cards and the representative name an telephone no. The Radiology Tech had no problem putting the hand set on MRI mode. I was impress and very please with the service
provided.

When I got to my appt I really didn’t even have to wait. They staff were super friendly and nice. The Radiologist was calming to make you feel comfortable and staying everything she was going to do before doing anything. Thank you all for taking care of me.

I am from out of town. Location was a little cramped but clean. The receptionists were cordial, professional and helpful. Arrived earlier than expected and had CT before appointed time by a pleasant, professional technician. My only disappointment was no validated parking. I would use this location’s services again - if needed.

My prescription was not there when i arrived for my appointment. It turned out it was faxed to the wrong place. They were extremely committed to helping me resolve the issue so I could get my scan, and I did get it! Thanks for caring and making it happen!

Excellent experience. In and out in less than 30 minutes. My CT scan was a 5 minute procedure. Everyone was very nice and the process was efficient.

It's Santa Monica, so expect $$$ parking. No validation.
Had hit and miss appt quality.depends on the type of scan or image you are getting. And the Radiology team working that day.
Most times ok. But just recently CT machine "broke" and all patients had to scatter to different locations to get scans done in time for Dr appts. Took 3 different city locations to get my CTs done in time. (cumulative waste of an entire day)
Very inconsistent policy (within L. A. RadNet locations) of whether a metallic drink is needed before CTs. And what type of drink, how many bottles, etc. Just found out, for a few years I should not have needed to drink them! Arg.
Some non CT tests have gone very smoothly, and others have been very trying. Always call local location (if you can find direct dial #) to make sure they have the test type you need. Over the years the equipment changes. (eg. PET and Mammo are only certain RadNet locations)

The radiologist was GREAT! I haven’t had a mammogram in over ten years and she made me feel extremely comfortable with the process. The receptionist was friendly as well!

I’ve never had a worse experience at an imaging place. My appointment was at 11: 55, and I didn’t get helped until 1: 10 - an hour and fifteen minutes later. I also was not the only patient waiting. Most patients that I saw had to wait at least 20 minutes. There was only one nice and helpful woman in the front area. Finally when I went to the back area, it was easy, but the wait was not okay.
