We had a horrendous experience with this escrow company. Throughout the process, they constantly shifted blame onto others, including the lender and agents, instead of taking responsibility themselves. Many reviews already reflect similar negative experiences. As the realtor representing a first-time buyer, we simply requested a reasonable break in their already exorbitant fees. However, they repeatedly emailed us, refusing any responsibility and attributing the closing delay to us. Their lack of accountability and unhelpful attitude made the entire process frustrating and disappointing. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this unprofessional and unreliable escrow company. "
