Dear Timeshare Compliance & Resort Advisory Group,
I used to work here, and how they treat the employees is like a dollar sign. They do not care about our well being and when a positive Covid-19 case broke out in the office they did not inform us. They decided to carry on like usual. We are not an essential business and we did not shut down for the Governor's Orders. They ruled through fear, and the positive reviews on Glassdoor are because they paid us in gift cards. Plus they're media day was right after the outbreak. They still had companies come in to film their commercial without telling those companies there was an outbreak, plus they used the sick persons desk as well. Masks are not required, social distancing doesn't exist, if you wanted to work from home! They told you no and told you to file for unemployment when their favorites were allowed to work from home. I don't appreciate them taking their life in my hands. I was supposed to come back to work but no one told me plus I was exposed because I was in that office with the infected person a week earlier talking about coming back to work. I am immune compromised and I have family I take care of who are elderly. This company in my opinion is despicable. I'm glad I work for the competition, I am actually cared about! Before I was a dollar sign, now I am a person again.

Also stop paying for reviews, and Glass Door they can influence them to take bad reviews down over the smallest thing even though it's true. Apparently you just have to be vague and not too specific.
Plus why are your business practices so shady, also people need to stop sleeping with each other or trying to sleep with each other! Also alcohol is too rampant in that office, making someone relapse is disgusting! Putting a bottle of alcohol on someones desk knowing they are struggling to be clean is gross! Why do you keep hiring people back who are constantly fired and do terrible things, or aggressive things!
This is just what I’ve seen and experienced while being there and is my Opinion, nothing against them but I just prefer not to work in such a toxic environment!

I went in this questioning every decision I have made since buying my time share. It was the worst purchase I have ever made. It put such a strain on my marriage and life. I was so skeptical about anyone who stated they could help. I felt hopeless. When I called Resort Advisory Group (RA Group) they were kind and I was able to let this wall I built up down. And as the process went along even I had doubts and questions they were able to do ease my mind. Everything that I was told happened and within a timely manner. Thank you RA Group. These guys are amazing. I called in and enrolled into the process and I was very comfortable with the way the process was explained to me. They answered all of my questions about helping me get out of this Timeshare Developer Contract. The customer service was great! Everything they said came true and the bonus was, the timeshare was removed from my credit as well.

This really worked for my self and my wife. We are so much less stressed due to this process. Well worth the time and money spent to complete this process.:)

I am so blown away by the generosity of Resort Advisory Group. I am the President of a small non-profit, called CrossWalk Ministry. We do humanitarian missions across the country, often feeding and clothing the homeless. Resort Advisory Group has been a consistent supporter, even during the uncertain times surrounding COVID19. Their support of godly causes like ours, and their honesty and integrity, especially in difficult times, has marked me and I am happy to recommend their services to anyone they can assist!

I scheduled a free consultation to get out of my wife's Vidanta (Mexican) timeshare (100 years). We spoke with Walter G.to qualify us for service, and after sending him our contact for review he was able to tell that the contract (which was an addendum/upgrade from 10 years ago) legally invalidated the earlier 100 year contract and we would be completely released at the expiration date next year. We are very relieved to hear this from somebody with much more experience looking at these contracts. We (un) fortunately did not need to hire them to help this time, but we are very grateful for Walter's help and expertise and will definitely call them back if we start getting bills again next year!

I used Resort Advisory Group (RAG) to fulfill my desire to cancel my timeshares. I did have more than one through the same company.
I had been unhappy with the timeshare industry for some time and it was then that I finally moved forward and contacted RAG. I had been to a seminar with another timeshare removal company before, but felt uncomfortable with their pushy approach to me and I left without committing. I sure didn’t want to get into another deal that turned sour.
The reason I went with RAG, and fully committed, was that they were very professional and not pushy in anyway. They were sympathetic rather than the feeling that they were yet trying to sell me something as the other company’s presentation had made me feel. They really lead me through the entire process. They called me frequently to update me on what was going on as it doesn’t happen overnight to get the process finished. I felt unwavering confidence that they were solidly working on my behalf and they hadn’t just taken money from me.
All was finished in about a year. RAG even helped me to remove a slight ding on my credit from the timeshare company. One of the best financial decisions I ever made was to use RAG.

The Resort Advisory team were professional, friendly and called faithfully to keep us updated or to just say there were no updates. It took a little while but to our amazement, we got out of the timeshare and now we have a huge burden lifted off our backs. We really appreciate everything they did to get us out of that big mistake that we made.

When my wife got badly hurt in a car accident a few years ago, I got very depressed about the big bucks we were paying for our timeshares, which we couldn't use because of Lin's operations (8) and the recovery time that sucked up our vacation and her medical leave time. A timely call from Resort Advisory Group changed everything for us. Their Better Business Bureau A+ rating convinced us to give them a try and the whole process was faster than we expected and was very professionally handled saving us over $40,000! These folks are the real deal and we can recommend them highly.

RESORT ADVISORY SAVED ME FROM A TIMESHARE I THOUGHT I WAS STUCK WITH FOR LIFE. I WOULD HAVE BEEN ONE OF THE RETIREES THAT COULDN'T AFFORD FOOD. THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND KEPT ME INFORMED THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS. SO HELPFUL AND I HAVE NOTHING AGAINST MY CREDIT. KUDOS TO A GREAT GROUP OF PEOPLE. 6 months in and they will not return any of our phone calls or emails. They are a fraud. Do not use them.

If I could give a "no stars" I would. We have paid them $7,500 in February and still nothing has been done. We called and left messages with no responses. After reviewing them on their facebook page and BBB page we finally got a call from the "manager" who said all 3 of the previous people we had been "working" with no longer worked there and that he would have it all taken care of by that following Tueaday and he would call us. It has been 1 1/2 weeks past that Tueaday with no calls. We have left messages on the Resort Advisory General Email and his direct line with no one returning our calls again. It is definitely time for us to get a lawyer. I would not trust this company at all. The lies they have told us from all the different parties are no different than the lies the timeshares tell you.

They advertise 30-40k a year online but then when you get there they say the position is minimum wage and not full time. Why trust a company when they can't even be trusted by their employees? My Advise: Stop Underpaying your employees and pocketing so much that the owners drive up in luxury cars. They will not assist you with getting out your time share. Hire your own lawyers and pay 2x less.
