Scott's offer can't be beat. In our case, it's not just that he had the lowest mortgage rate and fees around but his service was also great. He was very responsive in all communications and kept on top of all tasks. He was also a man of his word. We had a verbal agreement with him on rate and fees but the first mortgage provider backed out as we also had to take on an existing mortgage for the installed solar panels. Scott got us another mortgage provider with the same rate and fees even though the market changed and mortgage rate was higher. I can wholly recommend him if you need any mortgage related services.
