It’s a call center, no longer an outlet or shopping center.
It’s also the WORST place to work for. They treat employees unfair and fire you after 10+ years. It was a good place to work for back in the 2000s until some bonehead newbie took over and force the call center employees to wear ties and dresses like they’re going to a wedding or funeral, and attend cult meetings all the time and having to put work aside, resulting is backed up calls and angry customers.
Hope the landlord doesn’t renew their lease.

They treat their employees like dirt and it is terrible work environment. They are currently under investigation by the Labor Board for hostile work environment and wrongful terminations.
