We received a brace and crutches. The rep was helpful, however we got a bill after insurance for almost $600. We have secondary insurance and have been trying for over 3 weeks to talk to someone

The staff at Restore Motion was extremely friendly and helpful. From the appointment to billing, everything went very smoothly. I highly recommend!

I wrote bad review how they don't answer their calls or call back.i was lucky today that I got hold of Kim and she was an angel. She gave me even her direct number and ext. Issue resolve fast.

They sent me a substantial bill for a wrist brace they claimed was rejected by insurance because it was not covered.
Turns out it was in fact covered, but they failed to include the the medical reason it was prescribed: my fractured wrist.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They bombarded us into trying to get our credit card info and thank god we haven't given it to them yet. Their contract is very shady and says that if the insurance doesn't approve the needed supplies after 90 days, you have to pay out of pocket. I had to have knee surgery and needed a CPM and they just filed for authorization from insurance 5 days after my surgery. DO NOT SIGN THEIR CONTRACT UNTIL THE MEDICAL SUPPLIES FOR POST SURGERY ARE FOR SURE COVERED BY INSURANCE. The employees push for you to sign the contract and push for the supplies to NOT be covered by insurance because they'll charge you more out of pocket for the supplies. The technician that came over was super cool though but he even thought after we told him our experience so far with restore motion that their a very shady company and fraudulent. Clearly money is more important to them than the health of their customers.

Restore Motion was amazing from the time I booked my surgery.they advised me of the physician orders and potential out of pocket expense for items ordered. Time of delivery was great and product was helpful in my recovery.

I need to RAVE about this place and specifically Kenon McKinney. I sustained a sports injury this week and obviously was feeling frustrated and upset and in pain. The surgeon had me go to RM to get a sling and Kenon was SO helpful and patient, knowledgable and just on it in every way. Then just now, a piece of the equipment I got wasn't working and I called; though they were closing, Kenon WAITED for me, got me what I needed and on my way. This type of service is so rare these days; it's rare to see people really take pride in their jobs and perform them at a high level with the customer in mind. He is amazing.
