Restore Orthotics and Prosthetics reviews
8Wes is great! Had to have him come to the rehab facility two years ago to cast my custom orthotic and again a few weeks ago to get a new one. Very friendly and professional.
I had an amazing experience at the office.
I drove 45 minutes for our appointment and as soon as we walked in the ladies in the front greeted me and my two year old.
The appointment was for my 2 year old son and everything was so smooth and easy except for my two year old crying while he was getting fitted for new AFOs but West was so sweet and nice with my son, talking to him.
This is the second time we’ve seen West for my son’s AFOs and he’s AWESOME!
Thank you again!
We had such a good experience here for my baby’s helmet therapy. Carly is so skilled, knowledgeable, and has a great demeanor with babies. She was always quick to reply with any concerns. The front desk staff was also very courteous and we never had to wait long for our appointments.
Restore gave me hope when there was none. If anyone bad mouths this place, look in the mirror! You may be the problem. Look no one walks in because they want to be there but these people are the bridge between your former and future life. I owe my new life to these folks! They are forever in my prayers.
I wholeheartedly endorse Restore prosthetics.
We love Carly and the experience we had here! Our daughter (started at 4 months old) just finished 4 months in a helmet and Carly made the process so easy. When we felt uncomfortable or had any issues, she immediately responded to emails and had us in the office within 24 hours. She is so kind and helpful for new parents to go through this process. She knows what she is talking about, and makes sure everything is clear and questions are answered. The front desk is very helpful as well! We can’t say enough good about this place!
Lady at front desk was not helpful. Came to pick up brace and a shoe, could not get help after for it to put brace on to stop the pain. The woman refused, said everyone was out to lunch and that it not their problem without an appointment. I don't know what kind of medical place wouldn't hire aides that could put on braces, especailly one that sales it for medical reasons. Either way, it was a bad experience due to the staff, not the Doctor.
Curtis is awesome! He listens and just wants to do his job the best he can and he does it well. I totally recommend this place for prosthetics.
The rudest lady I’ve ever met in my life was there to greet me. What a pleasure. The guy who fitted my wife for a wrist brace was super nice, I believe his name was Mike.
When I signed in on the “clipboard” the rude lady said NOTHING to me. As I walked away, she said NAME.
I was literally 4 feet away. I turned & looked at her & asked “what? ”
All she says is NAME.
I tell her it’s on the clipboard! Isn’t that why it’s there? She ignores me & stares at my wife until she told her what her name was.
So.the clipboard is for?
And the RUDE lady is there for?
