My husband and I have lived here for 2 years and we couldn't love it more than we do! To the people complaining about the price, do your research! You will not believe the perks and benefits that come with your rent. Heated, indoor pool, restaurants (food included in rent!), a bar, a craft room filled to the brim with things your grandkids will love!

There's a private theater, which you can reserve for just your party, if you like. Snacks and sodas are included. So are big recliners and ottomans. Bring a blanket! Wear your jammies! When my 5-year-old granddaughter came for a private movie night, the concierge set the whole theater up with Frozen decor. Granddaughter was awestruck! We adults felt so touched.

We also have a hair salon and treatment room (for massages and facials). Stylists are here twice a week.

Our apartment gets cleaned once a week, at no charge. Garbage can be dropped down the chute outside your apartment and it's gone forever. No hauling to the curb and back, knocked over bins, etc.

There are relevant and timely social activities most days. This month it's Pride and Emancipation celebrations. On an ongoing basis, there are musicians, painting classes, yoga (and laughing yoga, lol), holiday craft designs for your door and nook. A Halloween decorating contest!

And remember, the quoted price is a starting point. You'll be surprised how affordable it actually is, if you meet with a rep and negotiate what you need. I mean: We don't pay utilities!

Mom left her 3 bed 2 bath single family home at the urging of family, in 2021. Lived on her own into her 90s. She still lives alone with fantastic courteous professionals at every level. Pool, jacuzzi Gardens, dog run PUTTING Green, shuttle COSTCO adjacent. Visiting today. Very excited will have lunch in their restaurant!

UPDATE: 3-02-23: After serious negotiations and communications with the The Wolff Resident Experience Company, we reached an agreement that is satisfactory for all parties. The Lodi Revel, CA.location is awesome and our experience although bumpy, at times, finally concluded with positive results. We have loved this location and have worked with it for eight months to obtain one of their cottage locations. In our search and long-term experience there are many pluses and minuses in every single senior community. Be open minded, and aware of every spoken and written word.
Seniors beware of "incentives“ or a huge "sales pitch".
Every community will use every trick in the book. Read every single line of any contract. If possible, do not use, referral services. They get up to a months rent for referring you.
