There is not much to say about a place that has 124+ reviews, all FIVE STAR. Except they are the most awesome group of cycling specialists to ever grace the face of this Earth. To say I was pleased with my experience is as far beyond an understatement as one could possibly be. Thank all for the gnarly bike, I couldn't be happier. (Neither could my wife and wallet, she still doesn't believe the deal, all I can say is, "I know, I know. ")

Super quick turnaround and rig was built to spec in less than a week for a bike in very high demand. Joel was incredibly responsive to my litany of questions and requests, and he and his team hooked it up big time. Matt built a beautiful machine, and I can’t thank these guys enough for helping me out with what was certainly my most significant and researched purchase in a long while. 6 out of 5 stars. Thanks guys.

Nothing but good things to say about this place! I got a flat right nearby and Dan helped me out right away. These guys are super helpful and I would highly recommend!

What an awesome bike shop! Long story short, I was in town for a race and took a flat the day before! I didn't have the tools to fix it so I brought it to two other bike shops and they couldn't do the work. Luckily Revolution Bike Shop was able to complete the task in 15 mins. They absolutely saved the day! To top it off, the prices were extremely reasonable. I highly recommend this bike shop.

I was looking for information on getting a new bike. Alex did a great job learning what I wanted in a Bike and then providing me alternatives and then narrowing it down to bike that would be ideal for me. He did not try to sell me the more expensive bikes, though I was very interested. I appreciate their knowledge, professionalism and integrity

My bike broke down at the worst time. All bike shops have been swamped with the pandemic, but these folks got the job done after so many expected issues came up. I've never been to the shop IRL but through all of my online interactions buying a bike, various parts, and walking me through crash replacement options, everyone was always very helpful and went well beyond to try and accommodate. Stephane specifically is an all star.

They are what is right with the cycling community/world and look forward to using them in the future. As a guy from Ann Arbor, I'd also love to go in-person if I am every in the area.

Only place in the US that had my bike. Great communication throughout the whole process. Ordered online from MO and was hesitant with the $ spent but they shipped the same day I ordered and kept me in the loop the whole time. Ordered on Monday and received on Friday. I had a fantastic experience at Revolution Bike Shop. The customer service was outstanding - from the moment I walked in the door, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They took the time to look through a parts bin and find the exact part I needed for my bike, which was very specific something not normally carried by most bike shops

But what really sets this bike shop apart is its positive impact on the community. They are actively involved and regularly host events and group rides that bring people together.

In addition to their community involvement, the staff at Revolution have an impressive level of bike knowledge. They were able to answer all of my questions and provide valuable insights on everything from maintenance and repair to bike fitting and customization. Even as far as reaching out to a carbon repair vendor to fix an issue I’ve been eager to repair for an incredible price.

Overall, I highly recommend Revolution for anyone looking for top-notch customer service, a commitment to community, and extensive bike knowledge. They truly are a gem in the local cycling scene.
