I enjoy coming into RevZilla as they have a great selection of products, and a staff that's willing to help walk you through the different makes and models for gear. It's a cool vibe to be amongst motorcycle enthusiasts.

The only reason I'm giving it 4/5 stars is because I feel every time I'm in there to make a purchase I'm hit with a sales pitch to join the membership, pay the $59+ annual dues, and take advantage of their offerings.

I buy from Amazon, cycle gear (sister store) and RevZilla, so I don't want to spend the yearly fees.and I feel the need to explain my "no, thank you" each time I'm in the store.

Other than that, it's a great experience.

We just went in to look at 3/4 helmets on a rainy day. The sales dude was super helpful and patient. He took his time with my missus and helped her pick out and fit a Sedici modular helmet. She's super happy with it, I bought a Biltwell Bonanza, and now my wallet is lying on the floor bleeding to death.
These folks are great and the prices are good.

The place is cool as hell and the workers are even cooler. Jay helped me out and I spoke with two other guys but didn’t get their names unfortunately but everyone there is solid and excited to help and talk with you. Will definitely be seeing this place again.

All good experiences so far. A few visits. Jay spent a lot of time with me and was very knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone has been good though. No issues. I had to order a color for the jacket I wanted that wasn't in stock and it came very quickly. I live right around the corner from this new store so I'm pretty stoked.

Been a Revzilla customer since 2013, first time in the Newport store yesterday, way different experience than other local stores, as well as different products you wouldn’t typically see in store (Klim, Revit), and extremely well stocked. I ended up picking up a Klim forecast jacket after trying it on in the store. Jay was extremely knowledgeable and his customer service was next level, this is now my go to in the area.

I just wanted to say my husband and I were very happy with the store they have the helmet we’ve been looking for we live in Tennessee and we could not find shark helmet anywhere and walked in and y’all had it. The men that work there were such a great help with everything we bought the helmets, two jackets, two pair of gloves, and we ended up getting the Bluetooth headset and they installed it for us. We were so happy very pleased with the store.

Highly recommend this location. If you must travel for it, it’s worth the trip. The entire staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable on all items. Great advice as well. I always feel welcomed. Local does have bathrooms, a handicap ramp. Extra parking at the rear. Tons of shops near by, make a day of it. Calling and checking on items is easy. Great job team.

I've always shopped online at Revzilla, and have never been disappointed with their service. Now shopping in person, I'm even more pleased. The staff is very friendly, the store is beautiful, and they're stocked with a lot of great gear. I look forward to visiting again when I need to buy any more motorcycle related gear.

Absolutely fantastic staff. I'm a new rider and didn't have any intention of buying anything in the physical store besides trying out helmet size. The staff painstakingly took out all different helmets for me to try on, gave me tons of good tips on gear selection, and even gave me recommendations on riding spots. Can't thank them enough for their help to get my feet wet in the hobby.

Staff had great knowledge on their products. Everyone was friendly. They even helped me install my Cardo system on the spot.

Go early the lots of traffic by 10: 30 am. Parking is located in the back. Nice to be able to go into a store and try on gear

RevZilla is dope. Their shipping is incredibly fast. My tail tidy was delivered in what seemed like a day and I installed it that afternoon. Love the new look of my 2018 Triumph Thruxton 1200R.

Had a good experience at this location. Good selection of gear and the employees were helpful and nice to chat with. Also ran into Ari Henning and Zack Court while I was there. It was a great experience.

Enjoyed the new store. Salesforce was very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the small talk on bikes, what I ride etc. Out of 5, I give it a 3.75. Prices are a bit steep, however products are plentiful and definitely good. Thanks
