I’m honestly disappointed that I have to write such a low review because the level of care I received on my first appointment was phenomenal. Dr. Roham and Hanah were great and I looked forward to continuing my plan here, but the problem lies in the fact that scheduling is awful. My first appointment was rough. It could have been miscommunication with the dates and time but I didn’t receive a confirmation of my appointment until the day of with a different time than I expected. Just prior to that day they gave me a 3 hour window to confirm my insurance or else they would cancel my appointment. I had to excuse myself from work and find out what the issue was when they misspelled my name therefore couldn’t get access to my insurance. After my initial appointment, I scheduled an exam and confirmed the time and date so there wouldn’t be a second miscommunication and wrote it down on my calendar. A month later I receive a text message saying it was time to schedule my appointment. It turns out the office staff somehow never booked my appointment and I should have received a treatment plan and estimate of cost. Gena was able to schedule me with my original appointment day just a bit earlier with the time and I decided to give them a second chance because she told me to ask for her next time. The day before my appointment I receive a text message saying there’s been a change in the schedule and they could see me at 8 or 9: 20 when I had my appointment scheduled at 4. I called and am told my appointment was moved down to 3: 40? I ask for Gena and am told she can’t get to the phone. I’ve never heard of a doctor’s office moving around appointments without asking for consent beforehand. I explained prior that I have to ask for time off to make it to the appointments, so if it’s already scheduled why keep changing it without asking beforehand? I just went ahead and canceled. I’ve never seen such a level of unprofessionalism with scheduling.

Dr Reyes and staff are amazing. They made the experience great and I was informed the whole time about what was happening and how long it would take.

A persons relationship with their dental professional, i.e. Dentist, hygienist etc.is quite intimate, I mean really, they have their hands in your mouth and they are right up in your face. I have had some weird and not so good dental experiences in my lifetime. Dr Reyes, his employees and associates are GREAT. The offices and exam areas are comfortable, clean; and the staff is always friendly, happy, and helpful. I have been a patient for 10+ years and Dr Reyes' advice and has always been sound and the care I have received unsurpassed in my experience. Update: 2023 still feel this way. And even more impressed. They were able to make my porcelain veneer in house! What?

Dr. Reyes is the best dentist I have seen in ages he asked me my concerns and addressed every one and made sure I understood everything he was describing.

I have been a patient of Dr. Reyes over two decades. Professional and Friendly all the way around. State of the art technology and knowledge. I would highly recommend their services.

Such a friendly office made my root canal less painful with their through explanation and gentleness! I highly recommend!

Excellent dentist and staff. Very friendly and knowledgeable and told me what was happening the whole time. I had a cracked tooth and got in the next day after I called. Highly recommend!

Had to get an emergency tooth extraction… called in and the staff got me in so quick. Dr. Reyes gave me multiple options and explained everything so thoroughly. The staff (Julie) in particular makes it such a pleasant experience.

I made an urgent appointment for my son stating the specific treatment I needed and after I paid for the exam and X-ray I was told to go somewhere else with no explanation. Mind you I’ve been a 10 year customer.
I wasted a day of work and had to call dentists all day until I found someone who took me in. I am infuriated at the low level of customer service from the office manager. I would’ve preferred to be told up front to take my son elsewhere. Apparently they don’t want kids there. That’s okay just say so so paying customers don’t waste their time. There was zero explanation from anyone and my son did not cry. This is an accurate review. Communication is key when addressing paying customers. Instead of an apology for wasting my time and money I was told that didn’t happen. Thanks a lot.
