Excellent customer service! Took my daughter here yesterday as she wanted to get flowers to create her own floral bouquet. Wish I got her name, but she was extremely helpful and friendly with my daughter giving her recommendations and helping her, which she very much appreciated.

We will definitely be back, she wants to continue learning more.

My boyfriend went to pick up my valentines flowers he had been planning for a while on the 14th. He showed up and the lady was confused by his appearance because apparently the flowers that were for me had already been picked up by someone who looked similar to him. Long story short the flowers were stolen and they made a new set for his order in that instant. No type of refund or compensation for this unfortunate event. The flowers provided were leftover flowers not fresh and almost dry. They were suppose to be heart shaped and they look rushed to have been made.
It is unbelievable to me that he paid the full price for some WELL DONE flowers and got provided with some dry one. So unprofessional. I hope he never goes back. I believe he should have gotten discounted or at least discounted for a next visit. But he won’t be returning anymore and we are gonna be going to another flower shop that’s responsible & provides better service.

They delivered flowers for my mother who passed away and they were beautiful we reached out to them to do the entire order for her funeral service.

Just had to give this wonderful florist a review. My husband and I came in same day with a request for a work event he was having that night. He thought it would be nice to add some flowers to our outfits. We did not realize it was also homecoming weekend. Even though they were super busy they got them done same day for us and they looked amazing all night at our Roaring 20s event. They did an amazing job on short notice.

Short notice and they left the most beautiful beautiful creation and gave it to my sister Rose in Fontana I called from Oregon and they took it within like an hour and a half and did it and I'm so so impressed thank you already Creations you're awesome

Hands down the best flower shop I’ve ever experienced. Gina did my my entire wedding and wedding party. She became a friend during the process and my husband and I continue to go to RG creations for every event in our lives. Today I was so surprised to see Gina at my door personally delivering me a beautiful arrangement of flowers my husband had requested! It was a wonderful surprise. Thank you Gina and the team at RG creations!

This flower shop is one that I will return to get any type of flowers from. They were very friendly and made my prom and prom date experience very happy and excited. We recently went to another flower shop and they gave me flowers that didn’t match the description. After looking around this flower shop was the only one willing to do blue orchids just like I wanted I would strongly recommend this flower shop and want to thank the workers for a job well done!

I am putting a comparison, The light blue orchids are from another flower shop that didn’t listen to what I wanted while the darker blue beautiful orchids are from RG Creations who did the job right. Again I would strongly recommend this flower shop!

Went in Friday May 6 mid day to purchase flowers for someones birthday and they're only open for pick ups due to mothers day weekend-_-.

I went to RQ Creations to order my daughter's centerpieces for her baby shower, the theme was Butterfly Kisses & Baby Wishes. Gina helped me select a variety of flowers with beautiful fillers with the.help of her assistant. After spending spending $300, I called a couple of days bwfire my event and asked if they can deliver to Riverside and was told no. When i went in to the atore to pick up my flowers i was greeted by the assistant and again asked if they can deliver, i was told no becauae they didnt make nothing on my ordet and in fact took a loss. I noticed the arrangements didnt have the Mistys in it and was told they were unable to get any and again they didnt make a profit on my order. I will not use or refer RG creations, so they will take an even greater loss, i used to refer everyone there but instead will now share my experience

Best flower shop in town these flowers are going on 7 days and still look beautiful. First time buying from them and will definitely be purchasing again from them again. Prices are very reasonable also.

Quite disappointed with what I received I asked for a nice arrangement with roses and lily’s and for it to have more add ins plus to be with more color and this is what I got it looks like I just bought this at stater brothers the lilys don’t even look fresh it looks like they have been there for days and same for roses first and last time using this shop paid $113 for something I could of paid 30 or 40 at the most at a grocery store

Came in and they know exactly what I wanted, made a beautiful arrangement for my significant other at a nice low price. Definitely coming back!

I was looking for a florist to delivery an arrangement that had a Green Bay Packers theme for my cousins who just had a baby. In my head I was thinking some yellow carnations and greenery. RG Creations blew it out of the park with their arrangement. They have a full selection of sports memorabilia. The arrangement they created was complete with Baby's First Christmas Packers ornaments. Unbelievable. 13/10, highly recommend.
