Rigo did a great job on our Pool! He listened to our desires and did his best to work our design elements into the restraints of our small backyard. He came with good recommendations from our neighbors who used him for their backyard pools. His workers were polite and cleaned up every time they worked at our house. We are happy with the results!

RG Pools did an incredible job with our pool, spa, retaining wall and patio. They are experts at stone work and the tile and pebble came out just how we wanted as well. Can’t say enough about RG Pools and how exceptional they were in construction of our new pool. Rigo is very knowledgeable and experienced in the area of pool construction, design and permit issues. He helped so much with design and planning, walked us through the process and was present for every step of it. There was never a day without contact and his communication was great in keeping us updated on the progress. Rigo was very patient as we made several add on and changes to our plans. RG Pools made our dream yard a reality. They did a complete demolition to our backyard and started with a clean canvas. They constructed a pool, spa, water feature wall, sunken firepit, bbq area with sitting space, pavers, artificial turf, front yard courtyard, lighting, & planting new trees. What an amazing experience we had with Rigo and RG Pools Spas & General Construction. We felt like we hit the lottery. We have heard so many horrible stories of nightmare experiences with pool contractors installing (or not installing) a pool, but our experience could not have been better.

We had almost given up on the idea of our dream pool. We spoke with 3 pool contractors about a year earlier and we felt like they were all price gouging because of how many pools they were installing throughout the pandemic. One pool contractor just flat out told us the pool would be around $90k to $100k without even asking us what kind of pool we wanted. Then we saw Rigo and his fantastic in-house crew install a pool across the street. They showed up everyday and kept the property clean during construction. We couldn’t believe how quick and efficient they were. I had to give my dream of owning a pool one more shot. I asked the neighbor how his experience was, and he said he couldn’t be happier with his pool and his experience with RG Pool & Spas.

I called Rigo and he came over to discuss what kind of pool we wanted and what our budget was. I had a special vision for our pool and Rigo was very helpful with helping me with design ideas. He measured the yard and gave us a quote a couple days later. He even did a 3d design for us so we could see what our pool would potentially look like. This was very helpful for my wife to visualize the pool and backyard.

We were very excited to review the quote and we were amazed that it was inline with our budget. We had a ton of questions and Rigo patiently answered all of them. We took a deep breath and decided to move forward.

From the first day to the last day, Rigo was always there to answer our many questions. He always provided us with a schedule so we knew what was going on and when.
