7I've been a customer for almost 2 years now, and the system does not work well. Cameras, resolution, and AI is advertised as best in class, but my experience has been that it isn't really possible to watch video in full resolution and without constant buffering. Tried from many different high-speed computers with very fast internet. Half the time I log in just to see what's going on in the business, I can't watch seamless video. There is also no way to have a live feed of all cameras on a permanent monitor. It seems that because everything has to be processed through their website, it slows everything down too much. After many hours with customer support, nothing has improved. I'm not sure why I wasted almost 20K on a camera system that doesn't work as well as the last one I had from the 1980s. Not to mention the very expensive subscription fees to use the software.
Great product and absolutely THE BEST customer support I have ever dealt with!
We just got out of a 4 year relationship with supposedly one of the top companies for monitoring in the US. They were HORRIBLE, we had several break-ins they didn't call us on, our entire 11 acre property was without power most of a weekend, which of course took our service down and they didn't even notify us. They also called the police so many times on things that were not break-ins that the police were not responding to this property.
I was so leery of any company after that experience.
But we tried Rhombus in our smaller location and found how amazing their cameras and system truly are.
We just completed our main location installation and we are VERY pleased with everything about the service and company.
They actually deliver on what is promised. Plus you have the flexibility to control your own parameters that fit with your companies needs for monitoring.
Their customer support is the best I have ever dealt with. I have a reply from them within minutes of sending out a question or issue.
I HIGHLY recommend them!
I have asked several times for them to stop contacting me and they still keep sending me emails. If they can't handle that simple request, can't imagine dealing with them would be any better.
Deceitful company that loves to bait and switch. I wouldn’t do business with these people. They blast advertising promising incentives for attending their webinars then tell you you don’t qualify for the incentive after you attend and waste your time.
Promises you a free hydroflask if you attend their webinar and then claim you're not eligible for it even though you met all the criteria. Seriously you should be ashamed!
Seems like a good company, had interactions with customer service but didn't buy yet.
Great product especially for teams with multiple locations. This is how security systems should be!
