ALL of the workers including the front desk workers, nurses, labatory workers, pharmacy workers, doctors here at this facility are so sweet, beautiful customer service, you can tell they really care about their patients! The only problem I would say is their is too many patients here but yet again they must be doing something right for them to come here! I just feel bad for the workers here because they have to deal with alot of people but they have so much patience and you can tell they all love their job here! They are so nice and caring! I love this place! Just wish the waiting time would be quicker with not so many people even with an appointment!

I’ve been here several times for my kids. I love Doctor Sevilla he is very informative, helpful, professional, friendly and just very easy going. The office manager Romelia and staff overall do their best to help you. If there’s one thing I say they can improve would be the Laboratory and wait times. But my kids love coming to see the Doctor. So, thank you for making us feel welcomed! Keep up the work!

If I could give this place no stars, I absolutely would. I am 21 loosing feeling in both hands, I have had tingling and numbness and they are taking my symptoms as a joke. I called several times asking about a referral I need for the neurologist and they just said the place they sent me to doesn’t have my insurance. No one called to tell me that. I told them this is interfering with my day to day. I am in a Masters and work full time and there are times I cannot drive until the numbness and weakness goes away for a moment. They insisted over the phone they will call the ambulance to help me get to the ER (it was as if they were mocking me) and they mentioned the ER could only find the cause- which is why I went to the doctor to begin with.what sense is this making? This is the most disrespectful and horrible staff and doctors office I have ever been to. They seem to take my symptoms as a joke. They seemingly failed at advocating for my health. I am too young to experience these kinds of issues with my body. They never addressed their failure in ensuring the patient (myself) was aware about the insurance issue. There were no remedies or anything they told me to do to temporarily relieve me. I had to push the doctor to send me to a neurologist to begin with. Please avoid this place. They would rather your extremities fall off before they do anything.

Is ridiculous 3: 30 hours here, to see the doctor, definitely never come back to this place.

I had an appointment an the wait is still 2 hours or so horrible place and they all speak Spanish which I don't mind but still

I love this clinic, all the staff and the doctors are very kind and help you with whatever you need, but I can't say the same about the gynecologist. I'm in my first weeks of pregnancy with my first baby for obvious reasons I don't know much. The doctor answered me very aggressively, I just wanted to know what I had to do, she did not even tell me what I could do or who I could ask, she treated me very badly, thank God, the clinic manager listened and kindly attended me and helped me. I hope that when I have my first appointment she won't see me or unfortunately I'll have to change clinics because I want to enjoy this experience and I don't think so with that doctor:/

This place is a joke, 4 1/2 hours just to be seen. That's just not right. I regret ever coming here

Terrible experience rude workers none of the workers no any English would not recommend this office at all!

I went here was never seen they had me wait so so so long just to tell me they can't see me and everyone speaks Spanish and you get treated different if you are another race I'm white and mostly Mexican but my dad didn't raise me and I don't speak Spanish but I felt embarrassed no one could help me or two people would talk before telling me anything.

I've had both my babies prenatal care here and they are wonderful! They even give you free gifts, came out with a free bathtub, even a high chair. Amazing staff! Thank you!

back office staff are very rude brought an elderly family member that forgets things and didn’t let me in and when they walked him/her out I asked what referrals he needed they said I don’t know I’m not the nurse! Didn’t even ask for record of sugar levels nothing at all not even bp!
