If you are a woman, you probably do not want to go to Dr. Butlig. He is a sexist. I called to make an appointment for my husband and he got an appointment four days later. When he came in, he was taken back and seen by the doctor right away. However, when I called, I didn’t get an appointment until almost a month later. When I got there, they took me into a room about 15 minutes after I arrived. The PA came in about 15 minutes later. I will say the PA is stellar and very personable. However, I waited an hour and a half to see the doctor, and I finally had to leave because I was so upset about his lack of respect for a patient. His time is no more valuable than his patients time. I don’t think he cares about that.

Extremely difficult to get a call or text returned. I needed to hound them for every little thing. No personal attention to the patient.

The cleanliness score is abysmal. I had an appointment last March for my annual check-up, during which I specifically requested the exam results to be sent by email. They confirmed this twice and collected my email address, as I would be out of the country and needed to show the results to my primary doctor. However, they never followed through on their promise. Unfortunately, there is no contact information available to reach out to them.

Upon my return, I visited the clinic in person to obtain my blood test results. I was disappointed to see that they displayed a lack of responsibility by simply printing out the results and handing them to me. I asked to see the doctor for an explanation of the results, and they scheduled an appointment for two weeks later. To my dismay, I was informed that I would be charged for this appointment, even though they had already billed my insurance company a whopping $670 for essentially nothing.

On the day of the appointment, I received an email with a PDF attachment containing a very unprofessional and inadequately explained summary. Even a child could have provided a better explanation. Furthermore, the appointment was supposed to be a phone call, but they never bothered to call me.

To make matters worse, they opted for a lab outside of my insurance network, resulting in an additional bill for the uncovered amount. In summary, this establishment falls well below the expected criteria, and I seriously question their integrity as physicians or their suitability to be in the medical field.

They mentioned a follow up call or text after they took me out of the exam room. They never followed up, the nurses are amazing but the doctor seemed rushed and annoyed.

I made my appointment almost a week in advance, and would get confirmation text messages throughout the week to ensure I was coming. The morning of the appointment, I drove one hour into the office, for my 9: 30 appointment. Fifteen minutes before arrival, I got a call from the office, so I called them back five minutes later and got no response. I arrived in the office and was greeted by an unfriendly secretary who told me they did not have room for me that day, despite my appointment. She told me she had called me to let me know, but the call was 15 minutes before my arrival. Very disappointed with the rude encounter and with the lack of communication. Will not be back.
