There is some kind of sewage problem, the entire area around the house smells strongly like sewage, as of 8/26/23.

Very well-maintained. Volunteers present a short tour for 4-6pax at a time. An old house odor inside is the price you have pay. Except it, worth to see the structure of 100year old house. It quite similar to nowadays in a way.
