Leaving California, I am preparing to become a full-time rver, based out of Texas.went there on fact finding trip to decide whether I wanted camper, trailer, fifth wheel, my salesman was great didn't treat me like a dumb woman answered all of my questions very respectfully. If I was to purchase something in this state I would definitely go back.

The terrible experience dealing with such "kinda" service. I contacted to them regarding warranty case of my brand new Crestliner boat.
Manager Tom doesn't answer the calls and doesn't call back saying he was busy. Working on warranty case (Crestliner) he was telling to the owner (me) many times that Crestliner doesn't pay the dealership for the warranty job. Why the customers have to listen that? So to me it was looking like he was asking me to pay them for job which has to be confirmed by the manufactory as a manufacture defect. Then after one part of my request has been finished I've been waiting for 3 weeks without any updates from the same manager. As soon as I have called him he provided an update without any excuses. This service doesn't care about customers (probably I was not a customer for them yet, but looking on such "dealing" with customer I will avoid contacting to them even in warranty case). The issue that they fixed came back again next time when I just used the boat after service. "Bring the boat to us again and we will see what happened". You will never know why the same issue happened again but you have to pay again and again. Think twice to buy new Crestliner boat in California with such a great warranty service.

Tom, the service mng was very helpful. Matt who did the work explained everything what he. They got me out if there sooner than expected. They worked on my Lance 2001 slide-in pickup camper.

The rudest staff I have ever been around. We drove 8 hours to look at a camper and they didn't even acknowledge us.

Great job.mercury 500 2 stroke lower unit. Finished on time and very nice job. They even filled it with oil for free.thanks. They are very busy but worked my small job in on time. Greatly appreciated.

We ordered and purchased our 2018 Lance trailer from Richards RV and boat.
Unfortunately we had several issues with our trailer. We brought our trailer in for
serving these issues and they fixed in a timely manner. Very professional company
you can trust.

I am mainly a boating customer. Tom, in the service department, has taken excellent care of my service issues. Repairs were prompt and done right. I also really enjoy the on-site store. They have just about anything you could need for DIY service parts. Excellent selection for both boat, boat trailer, and RV parts.

On two different occasions while traveling in California (with my lance 1985 camper) I had repair issues. Both of these issues fell under warranty coverage. Even though I didn’t buy my camper from Richard’s Boat and RV I gave them a call. Both times they couldn’t have been nicer and told me to bring it on in. They fixed both of these issues with a very short waiting time. This is a stark difference from other dealer I have worked with. The guys at Richard’s Boat and RV (Richard, Matthew and Tom) are the best! Wish these guys were closer to my home base (Colorado) as I would always give them my business.

Just moved our fifth wheel to this location.
The customer service is fantastic along with easy access in and out of the facility with an easy access dumping station available 24 hours a day as well.
Seriously, for the rate and the convenience you can't beat this place.
Oh and it has 24-hour surveillance and is very clean as well.

THE RV DEALERSHIP THAT DOES NOT CARE. We purchased a new Lance trailer from them. On day one, we discovered the fridge did not operate on propane. Richards Boat Center offered no help. During our three-month trip in our new trailer, we were entirely without a fridge. Richards Boat Center offered no compensation. All they said was, "Hey, things go wrong with RVs. " We regret purchasing from them. And we urge you to buy elsewhere: from a dealership that cares. Customer service is worth paying a little extra for. That said, we're happy with our Lance trailer. We eventually got the fridge repaired elsewhere. Both Lance and Norcold (maker of the fridge) did their part admirably. Five stars for Lance! Zero stars for Richard's Boats & RVs.

Great staff but they value lunch more than the business. Went to ask a few questions and the man was upset I interrupted his lunch because he didn't even want to stand up to look at the part I had, he even said "I can't see that far" while sitting down behind his desk. You are better off saving your gas, time, money, and take your business somewhere it will be appreciated. Again, the staff was nice but lazy and had little to n intentions of selling anything.
