Matt was friendly and gave us a courtesy call upon arrival. He was on time and got the job done in a timely manner. Matt is very knowledgeable and we will continue to call on Richeti in the future.

Great company! The tech was courteous and very thorough. He made sure everything was 100% correct before he left. I would highly recommend if you want a quality water system.

What a great overall experience! Greg came out to see us the first time, even in the midst of a crazy wind storm! He was very thorough and pleasant. When we got our water conditioner and RO installed, Calvin and Greg were excellent in making sure everything worked seamlessly. I would highly recommend them for any water solution needs.

We had our whole house remodeled about a year ago. After we moved back into our house we noticed the water from the R/O system didn't taste as good and the tank was taking much longer to fill with filtered water. We called Richetti and set up an appointment. The tech's name was Ken. He did an excellent job of explaining how the remodeling crew hooked everything up wrong when they re-installed the reverse osmosis system after they installed our new countertops and kitchen sink. Ken went through the whole system and replaced all the necessary filters. The whole time he was working he was explaining everything he had to do. Very high quality work at a very reasonable price.
On his way out Ken had to use our front yard house for a minute and he noticed it was leaking at the lever to turn the water on. (It's been leaking for about 5 years now) I didn't see him do it but apparently, he fixed that too because it no longer leaks. Ken was so honest and kind that I felt compelled to share my experience.
