Richie's Termite and Pest Service, Corona CA

Poor customer service response. Called their office and was told that they would text us back availability and that their truck was in the shop. Never received a call back or text after waiting two weeks and leaving an additional message for a return call. Then we are told that you only work 8am to 5pm five days a week. You are closed more than my bank is. No wonder you aren't getting back to people. You only work the times when people are also at work. Do you really expect people to take the day off work to use your service when every other pest control company works the weekend? This just doesn't make sense when you are running a business.

Always great service and we always ask for the same server - Natalie! We love that she is so attentive and our glasses never go empty! She also knows our usual order so that is even better! Thanks Natalie for being awesome!

Richie really knows what he is doing. You can also tell that he has trained his staff up too. I highly recommend this company if you want the job done right! Thanks Richie for all that you do as you service our communities!

Zero stars! What a complete joke. Serviced my house for termites. Wasn’t successful. Termites reappeared. I was within the contract dates to have it resolved again but the owner refused to re-treat. They don’t hold up to their contracts and have shady characters with no experience show up to your house.
