Richie did an outstanding job getting a dark dye stain out of my brand new Tesla Model S Plaid rear seat! Even Tesla wasn’t able to get it out. Richie spent just minutes massaging high power cleanser onto the seat and immediately dissolved it. He works with extreme attention to detail and is quite accommodating with his work schedule. Richie even came in on his day off to assist me with my new Tesla Model Y Performance. I highly recommend Richie’s Custom Upholstry!

Richie's was recommended by a couple of friends and they did a fantastic job replacing the sagging headliner in my 2006 Ridgeline. They were able to match the color almost exactly to the original factory color and also replaced the interior lighting bulbs with LED ones and it look great!

This is a great family run business and the customer service is very commendable. It's good to find a place that you can depend on to do what they say and at a price that is fair. I will recommend Richie's to all my family and friends.

Richie is the best, went to talk to him right before leaving town on vacation. Made all arrangements for my in-laws to drop off my vehicle while out of the country, so all the repairs were taking care while I had no need for the vehicle. Richie took care of all the repairs and handled everything with professionalism. Great service and an amazing customer service and a super smooth transaction. Highly recommended!

Richie reupholstered a driver seat in a 2003 f350 for us, he did such a good job and did it efficiently and affordable. He had a fabric on hand that matched to fix the torn seat and added cushion and lumbar to the seat. He also helped install seat heaters we’d already bought and was willing to do that for a small extra fee for the passenger side seat too. The whole thing took about 3 hours. It was $250 to fix the driver seat and an extra $75 to help with the seat heaters, which was well worth it. We were on a timeline and he helped accommodate us to get us done on time. I would really recommend his work!

Richie's did an excelent job restoring my Ford Torino. Richie Jr was great to work with and was upfront about the cost and project time line. After dissasembling the entire car they found rust on the floor boards. Lucky for me they have the ability and experience in replacing sheet metal and i put my entire confidence in them. The metal floors came out perfecto just like factory. Of course that was not part of the original price which is understandable. He gave me a great price and the car was already there so it was an easy choice. My seats also had surface rust and he got them sand blasted and powder coated. The interior came out absolutely beautiful. My chrome bumpers were very old and he sent them out to get rechromed. And finally my wheels and tires. He got me brand new tires and had my original wheels sand blasted and powder coated also. Overal an excelent experience and will have them restore another classic car of mine. After visiting a few other shops here in town I didn’t like what I saw. As soon as I went to Richie’s I felt the professionalism and noticed how busy his business was. I felt welcomed with a smile. Richie and his crew did an amazing job on my leather seats for my BMW Z3 M roadster and convertible top replacement. I came in without an appointment for an estimate and left a deposit for the materials after agreeing to a price. He wrote up the job on the invoice so there was no way to forget our agreement on price and job being performed. Richie advised me of the special order time frame of 3-5 days and kept me updated the entire time. When all parts came in he called me and we set up an appointment that fit my schedule. After he removed my top he noticed some worn out parts and he called me. I approved the extra parts and extra cost. The job was done just like factory and perfect workmanship. I’m a customer for life. I have tons of stuff I’m thinking of getting done in the future. Thank you to Richie Jr and his guys. I’m extremely happy and will recommend the to all my friends and family.

Richie's Upholstery gave me the best price in town to re-upholster my entire RV. He was upfront with the price and explained everything in detail. Make sure whatever work you are having done is put in writing and take picture before work is done. I was told by Richie what work he was going to do to my drivers seat and then when I went to pick up the vehicle, the work was not done as promised. He denied ever saying what work was going to be done and the back of the seat where the took it a part was not even fastened. He tried to say it was that way when vehicle was brought in! He said he would fix it and bring it back next week. I was already there and refused to fix it then.
I am going to pay someone else to do it right. BEWARE of this place, they are not honest.

Truthful and accurate reviews are vital to make informed decisions about what companies to deal with and what companies not to deal with. I can assure those that remove content and claim it's a fake review is because it will hurt profits for their wrong-doings. This upholstery shop claims every bad review is fake.

They did a great job on my car! I was looking to get the sagging headliner on the car fixed as well as all the sagging material on the A B and C pillars. We decided to go with an Alcantara layer with a foam padding layer underneath and they managed to do everything super neatly and it came out awesome. Everything was fairly priced and I paid for parts upfront then labor after the job was done. Fair warning it is cash or check only. He estimated the job might take two days but her finished it in one and I picked it up next day.

Super nice guy and all his customers have great things to say about him. I don't trust many people with my car so I'm glad he was able to do the whole job scratch and dent free. He was even able to give out with my rotting window trim. Might bring my car back here to get the seats redone as well! He told me he could fix the bad leather and help me get the logos restitched so it would look like as good as new!
