Great repair shop at reasonable prices. My lexus 450h overheated and they found the problem and fixed it at a much cheaper price than the dealer with lexus parts. Highly recommend this repair shop for all lexus and Toyota vehicles.

My go to repair shop for everything. Oil change to engine replacement. The owner is an old school grease monkey.

The service was phenomenal! They got back to me very quickly as well! Even though they knew I didnt know anything about cars they let me know exactly what wasnt working and why, then let me choose if I wanted the repair or not without trying to make me buy extra stuff! Honest, Top tier 10/10

The first time I took my car to Ricks they did not put back on all the lug nuts onto one of the wheels. They apparently lost it and then replaced it with some cheapy lug nuts after a few days that I have since had to replace due to the metal being so soft. The alignment was horrible, the office lady said it was done by “their best alignment guy” but the alignment had a different story to tell. They were also supposed to be replacing the shocks with aftermarket shocks and were provided with 2 brand new ARB shocks. I recently noticed that my passenger side shock never was replaced with the new shock provided when it was paid for. This was only overlooked by me originally because the shocks are very similar but with small differences from the old shocks to the new. The last time I paid these people was for an oil change several weeks ago and they didn’t even tighten the drain plug which left me with stains on my driveway. Don’t take your car to these people.

Rick's Japanese car repair is the real deal! I have been going there for years and they do great work at fare price. All employees get 5 stars!

Love this shop! Brake issues on our MDX. Two other places thought it was too complicated. Robert and Destiny went above and beyond and got us all fixed. Fast, honest, great communications, and very reasonable prices. If you’re timid about auto maintenance or repair Destiny is a great support. My new go to place for Auto repairs.

I serviced my car here to find out i was charged for a part that was not installed (window regulator) had to go back and complain and they said they would “warranty the part” which ended up costing me nothing but i already paid for it.
Also said they out a window seal in my car door but when my window is rolled down and i slam it i hear my window shaking so either it wasn’t installed at all or installed improperly. Had to drop my car off 2 times and was a huge hassle.
Ive heard good things about this place thats why i went but my personal experience was very poor, felt like i got bamboozled and taken advantage of.

Before i brought my car here i had heard very nice things about this shop as my step dad always brought his toyota Camry here and they have great reviews. Wish i could feel and the same.

Pictures are when i was charged for the part they said they installed and the second receipt is when they said they had to get the part and install after i already paid for it the first time.

Im more so bummed out that i can’t trust to bring my car back to them as i was wanting them to be my main mechanic.

I went to Rick last week and was greeted right when I came into the office with smiles, always love seeing a smile because to me it automatically shows that the business cares. I had to do my 100k service on my Honda and they were so helpful, received a call later I needed to change my rear brakes and intake hose. Parts were not able to arrive that day so I left my car overnight and it was ready for me before lunch. Great service, friendly, trustworthy, thanks Ricks Car Care:)

These people treat you so good and the good is perfect when you’re here they treat you like their friends I would 100% recommend this place only people I will bring my car from now on

Awesome place. Glad I found it. Honest guy. Trust me, my shaking engine was due to loose spark plugs. He tightened them for free. Friendly people. I’ll be back for sure. My boss recommended the place to me.

I've been coming to Rick's Japanese for 20 years. I won't trust any other place with my cars. His prices are fair, and he'll even go so far as to tell you what you need NOW and what could WAIT another 6 months to a year. He'll never try to sell you anything you don't need.
It's a clean and professional shop. The office guy, Pavel, is super friendly. The owner, Rick, will never steer you wrong.

Been coming here with a Honda for at least twelve years. Rick and company are honest, not overly expensive, and don't talk down to women.
