2Good for the first two years, then he stopped providing the services he was contracted to complete. Started raising rates every year even after he promised to not do so. Stopped trimming shrubs to the point they were so overgrown, we had to hire another company to remove plants in order to save the other plants. Over sold quality. Under delivered services. Always had an excuse to not do the tasks we asked. Never fertilized yard. Snarky, unprofessional responses to our concerns. Yelp reviews indicated he was low quality. Should have listened. We fired him.
Nice enough guy. Quality is standard for the industry; nothing to make a big deal about. Raises rates every year about $10 so if you're on a fixed income be ready to give your whole Social Security increase if you get one to Rick.
