Great selection of rentals. They even charged my friends e-bike! I’m totally satisfied. I will rent from here again soon!

I’ve had my ebike worked on here a couple of times and they’ve always been great. They can be a bit backed up though, it took 6 days to get my bike back the last time, but it was ready to go when promised.

I WRECKED. I was joy-racing my boyfriend down 78 on the back side of Julian towards Anza-Borrego and didn’t feather my brakes enough. Locked out, banged down, bounced to the other side of the bike and slid. The left drop took a lot of the impact and was completely bent. So did my wheel. Helmet was cracked through, wheel needed to be trued, and handle bars needed to be re-taped.

All in all, myself and my bike were very lucky.

My father is a big rider and is the one who got me into this sport. He told me to bring my bike into RIDE a few months ago to have my headset worked on (I will have them do this next)! I was putting this work off, but when I crashed, I knew I could trust my fathers recommend on a solid shop.

Quick service, and the bike looks as if I never crashed. I couldn’t believe they were able to straighten out my left drop too! Thank you, Josh! I know this was a project and I really value the attention to detail. Definitely can feel improvements to my ride, the brakes feel great.

Joe and John delivered exceptional service even at the end of the day. Helped me out with my Mavic wheels. No attitude, just straight up mechanics. Refreshing since I used to be a team mechanic and nothing they said was nonsensical. Thanks again for helping me out with the free hub body

Thanks to Joe! He provided great service and even though it took Rad Power bikes almost a month to send in a new battery under warranty. They made Joe make videos and documentation for a simple battery replacement and upload them to their website or customer service to reviewhe did not charge me any extra. I really appreciated his stickiness out, RAD PB is starting to lack good service that made them a great company. No way am I taking my bikes to IB.

These guys were great! Cost 1/2 of what I thought, I offered a tip which they wouldn't take. Fixed stuff we didn, t know about. The best!
