Ride Oside, Oceanside CA

I bought an e-bike at Ride Oside and all I can say that is « thank you guys ». Ted took time to show me and explain how to ride (as it was a new experience for me). Crystal took care of my order and was Very helpful for the delivery. Both are amazing and very professional. We highly recommend this place.

Ask for military discount! Owners were very patient and friendly as we fumbled through the choices of different rides and safety class. Once we got the hang of it, we were cruising all up and down Oceanside like a pro! Just fast enough for the whole family to enjoy and not too slow to where even experienced riders will be bored. Will definitely be back next time I'm in town!

Such a friendly and enjoyable experience! Teddy and Crystal are so awesome. It was our first time ever riding electric bikes and we had a blast. Teddy gave us a safety course that was very thorough to make sure we were prepared for any situation. Teddy made my husband and I feel confident before taking off, he also took pictures of us that made our experience that much more personalized. I would definitely come back again and again just for the ambiance. Such a charming bike shop I even walked out with a t-shirt so I could remember this place in the future. Prices are more than fair and they even sell the bikes they rent at very reasonable prices. I definitely recommend this establishment to anyone looking to rent or buy electric bikes/scooters. The male owner was super passive aggressive very unhelpful and rude have never been treated like this, the wife was very kind though.

Awesome place! We saw people riding around on the electric scooters and decided we wanted to give it a try, so we called this place up and they were able to get us booked and sent out that next hour! The staff was so so so friendly and they made the whole experience an absolute blast. We had so much fun cruising around Oceanside and felt totally safe thanks to the thorough safety lesson. It was also conveniently located in the middle of a lot of bike roads and paths that were fun to cruise around. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to rent some wheels! We will be back for sure.

Seriously, they are great: super-patient, excellent teachers, and phenomenally upbeat and friendly. There's something for everyone in their variety of bikes and scooters (I'm 6'4,280#, and out of practice, and they got me set up, no problem).

I'm writing this after we rode up and down the strand, and then stopped at the harbor for food. The instructions they gave us were spot-on, and relevant, and the ride has been great.

This is by far the best electric bike rental in Oceanside. We had a ton of fun riding up and down the strand and around the harbour etc. Owners are lovely and made sure we knew what we were doing before sending us out. Definitely recommend trying this out as a couple or a great family activity!

We bought 2 EBC bikes from Ride OSide. Their service and support continue to be incredible. From helping resolve a brake issue to repairs after I crashed and then immediately resolving my issue when the battery was acting up. THANK YOU! You guys are amazing.

Great experience! My two kids (22 and 19) and I rented 3 fat tire scooters. The staff made sure we were totally comfortable and safe before starting, and they brought us down to the beach area to get us going. We really enjoyed the hour we spent cruising around on the beachfront area. Took some great pictures too. I highly recommend this. Again, they stress safety and give you good instruction before you go. Try it, you will have a blast!
