I called RideNow SoCal and was immediately greeted by Tony in sales. I was looking for a specific side by side with pricing already on hand. Tony immediately sent over photos of the specific unit for me to see and beat all the other SoCal dealers pricing. I came down the next day and with the help of Brendan in finance, in just over an hour I was in and out with a brand new Polaris RS1 strapped on and headed back home. Amazing experience and would recommend Tony and Brendan to everyone!

I flew from down from Portland to but a bike from the good folks at this shop. They worked with me to get a great price and everyone I worked with and me were friendly, helpful, and Professional.

Tony worked with me over the phone to get it all set up and Nazim met me there and walked me through the whole purchase, gave me a rundown on the bike and made the whole process smooth as glass.

I went here to buy some spark plugs for my bike, and was confident that I needed 4 but not sure of the type. Service sold me the correct type by assured me that I only needed 2. I got home and started replacing them and realized I needed 4.

We shopped 2 other dealers before landing here to buy a new Kawasaki Mule. They had in stock one equipped just what we wanted. Worked with Scott in sales I recommend him highly, actually the whole staff there was very friendly and accommodating. They Delivered it in just 2 days and it was spotless/perfect when it got here.and it was the best price out the door. I would shop there again

I got a tire replaced here but it went flat in a day because the technician messed up installing the valve core. It cost me $20 and a half day of work to get it fixed at another bike shop. I won't be going to RideNow any more for bike repairs.

Ride now has a Great selection of off-road Apparel. Was well taken care of by Ivan, he was very friendly and helped me with any questions I had. I walked out of there with some sweet riding boots all thanks to his recommendation.

Sam and Nahim from the internet sales department did a great job helping me get my first bike. I not only got the best price I could find but also got a lot of attention and help from the entire team. Even during their grand re-opening they found time to help out shipping the bike and paperwork to me. Great work!

Rebecca was awesome and very informative. I am just starting out and from one visit of thirty minutes, she helped me find the perfect bike that fit what I was looking for. I had a great experience at Ride Now. I needed some new riding gear for the desert season and I was helped thoroughly by Ivan. He was very helpful and pointed me in the right direction for all my needs. He recommended his favorite helmet brands for safety and I went ahead with his expertise. Jessie Romero helped us out. From phone call to hauling the bikes home, he was there every step of the way and made the process quick and easy. Shortest time it has ever taken to buy a new vehicle. Wherehouse-large selection of motorcycles of all types -street crusiers, street racers, dirtbikes, enduros, ATV's, quads, etc. Very friendly staff.

Awesome service department. Brought my FZ8 in to have tires spooned on and they did the job quickly and added the Ride On Gel I brought in for balancing the tires. Easy to deal with and didn't try to oversell me on services I didn't need yet, unlike some dealers. Also, best price in town for the tires I bought and free mounting and balancing is a great deal.

Bradley was excellent in his dealings with us purchasing a 2018 MT07 Yamaha.
Also felt we got a fair deal for our trade-in.

And we were so happy that we went back and bought another bike on Wednesday!

Horrible customer service. We have spent all day shopping for motorcycles, test driving to see what my husband wants to upgrade to. We got here and my husband asked if he could test drive a bike he was interested in and the owner was asked and told us no.

How are you going to try to sell motorcycles that people cannot test drive?

Go elsewhere that values the business and doesn't condescend their customers.

Friendly staff and good service department. Can get a valid estimate on all parts and work requested before placing an order for parts and service!

House of crooks & huslers that's the true title of this dealership the sales managers will try their very best to screw the potential customer. They will sell you the highest prices as they can.they think are the only game in town is laughable those prices on the bikes are at least 2-4 thousand dollar above its true value. At this rip off dealership. Stay away from this travesty.
