Ridge Apartments, Elk Grove CA

I have been on this waitlist for years for this low income apartment. The last time I have received and email was in April of this year. I replied to the email and have not received anything. I had a friend apply right after me and I just was told by her she looked at apartments today. I called and spoke to Melina, I asked her why I would no longer be on the wait list she said they sent out an email to 500 people and I wasn’t one of them. I’m more concerned about the fact the lady was rude and cutting me off and not listening to me tell her I received an email a few months back and just kept cutting me off and saying we didn’t send one we didn’t send one. I found out one was in April and one recently. It’s extremely hard to look for apartments like these let alone sit on a wait list that long hoping and praying you can get one and she just tells you they switched management and there’s nothing she can do. I asked her to look into it and contact me and she said she’d try. I’d appreciate if I could get someone to help me with this since I’ve been waiting for so long!

The Office staff is so rude and doesn’t seem to be welcoming when you bring your application.

The office experience is terrible the two women inside the office are rude. The leasing agent barely answers the phone the doors are locked almost all day. Sabrina is terrible and should be reported to fair housing. Im working on that. New company taking over I will be letting the new management team know how awful the staff in the office are. Pranil was wonderful and professional. I'm so glad new ownership is taking over.

The staff are not at the office and there is no help. The last manager Purnell was always there he was good to speak with.
Someone named Sabrina was rude to me terrible person lack of professionalism. I seen other reviews about this individual and i was shocked to read what I seen. This person should differently be reported to fair housing she is very discriminating and lack of empathy

Went to the office to place work order I noticed person in the office smelled like Marijuana and is often rude. My wife and I asked for Pernil however was told he is no longer working there. We were sad to hear he was very kind and professional

Sabrina is very rude and discriminatory, reason for saying this she is willing to work with others but not with all and in customer service every customer should be treated the same. It’s frustrating to see someone come in after you and see them being able to bring other documents back but she did not extend that same curiosity to others

Do not recommend this complex

We are sad to hear Pranil is no longer our community Manager. He was caring and professional individual who took the time to help me and say hello whenever I walked inside the office or called. He was polite and easy to talk to. Pranil emailed me back on ti.e when I had question and couldn't make it back to the office on time. I trusted him to hand my rent check and he always got my work orders completed. His urgency to help me and other residents was will be appreciated.

I’ve been living here for over a year now. I remember reading reviews before I moved in and it definitely gave me second thoughts but I don’t regret moving in. I absolutely love the space and the staff are very nice.

The interest list here is just a joke. Their application contains 8 pages, it is impossible to fill it within 14 mins. I recieved an email about an availability from the office, after 14 mins I recieved another email saying "Unfortunately this unit is no longer available"
