17Has far has the people who help me they were great. But has far has the Hospital the rate is low. We lost a lot of good Doctor’s so the service has gotten questionable. Martha
I took time to schedule a appointment at the lab draw station so I could make it to my appointment on time. I sit and watched on their board while they took in three walk ins before me leaving me still sitting 20 minutes after my appointment time. So much for appointments helping you be on time.
Had a fasting blood draw with appointment. Got right in and they got blood their first try, which is unusual for me. Lol
The check-in person was very helpful and knowledgeable. She walked me through the necessary paperwork.
Phlebotomist was very professional, and got right to the point. She did an She did an excellent job.
All the techs were very aware of my pain and helpful as usual during my pre_op tests.thank you
Attended outpatient for na MRI. Procedure was painless and quick. Had little lockers to lock personal belongings in while getting MRI done. Staff communicated well what was going to take place during procedure and at one point checked in during the procedure to ensure I was ok.
Staff was polite and courteous, helped with my request and had it for me in a timely manor.
The male Tech helped me feel very relaxed even tho I had to remove my top and cover with a towel. He was very genitalia!
I had a labs for a blood draw. It was the middle of the day so not the busy time there seemed to be only one tech on staff. The wait was still very minimal. And the lab tech was quick and pleasant.
The staff at my doctor's office are always professional and kind. They go the extra mile to help you. I can't say enough good things about my doctors. They open and honest and do what needs to be done to keep you healthy.
I was well taken care of. They worked extra hard to get information that the doctor didn't provide!
Receptionist needs to pay closer attention to patients ready to check in for scheduled doctor appointment. Only one on duty, 5 people in line. Loved the nurse and doctor visit. Great job Wendy and Edgar Solorio.
The nursing staff did a good job The food was terrible and the beds were worse than that it can stand some improvement of course I was in isolation but the beds haven't changed they're all bad and they need to go with the menu on their food instead of just dumping food on people who probably won't eat it especially when they're sick I know I had COVID and some of us that they brought me I just couldn't even smell without wanting to throw up and I didn't like most of it but that is a complaints I have about staying in the hospital The hospital beds are very uncomfortable most hospitals I've been in usually come up with a menu that they give out to the people who stay in the hospital that way they don't have to waste a whole bunch of food when people don't eat it
The technician / Nurse was excellent at his job, I'm always satisfied with the quality service RRH provides
Excellent service. Efficient & friendly. Staff. Had an appointment & did not have a waiting time.
Had blood drawn. Everyone was kind and friendly. I was checked in promptly and called back within a minute.
Seeing Dr. Singh is always a great experience. He is always on time and his staff are AWESOME!
