If ur thinking about moving here DONT, maintenance doesn’t do anything, it’s infested with roaches and rats, and they don’t do anything, people break into ur cars, the towing company that they are with are crooked nd will tow for no rsn with out warning either, it’s not even a legal company their location is a house.the sneaky manager brianna is so unprofessional and doesn’t handle anything, she cusses u out and calls u names, instead of trying to help u out she’ll try to evict u.everytime u try to complain about something or have a discussion with her she won’t show her face.rent goes up 10% every year for these terrible apartments, save ur money and time n go somewhere else.there was also once a child predator living here.the maintenance also loves to stare at everybody.she should be grateful she was given this job as an apt manager bc she did not work for it lol.oh and don’t say anything negative to brianna bc you’ll wake up the next day n random cholos might jump u …. Poor man. UPDATE THEY DELETED my comment on yelp which was the same as this one, she got mad nd threw a big rock at my car…. Y is it that when there’s something the office doesn’t like they like to mess wit ur cars, steal em take the tags off or even damage them.don’t believe these nice comments guys the office are the ones making them with fake emails lol

I lived there for a year. Great management team. Maintenance response quick. Leasing team are very nice and responsive (especially Kheren! She’s super nice!)

But we have to move out due to our noise neighbors. They constantly blast out music. And the trash area are super dirty.

Summary: great amenities compare to other apartments around the same price. But you have to be lucky to get some quiet neighbors.
Ps: the gate is always broken. (I think some tenants broke the gate on purpose)

I have lived here for a couple of years and have enjoyed being a tenant.
The apartments are in good condition and things have steadily improved during the time I have been here. The administration continues to work constantly and is aware of the needs that tenants may have.

The maintenance staff and office staff members are always friendly and always try to help us as best as possible especially Kheren, she is always very friendly and easy to communicate with, she has always been a great help since we I am a tenant here. They have always taken care of any maintenance issue or any other issue I have had.

UPDATE! I have now been here for 6 months and I still can’t get a gate handle on our front gate! The office says they will call back everyday but I never get a call from them I have literally been calling everyday for a week and still the same oh our construction is scheduled this week but your not on the schedule but yet i have lived here for 6 months and still cant get a damn door handle!

Have lived here for 4 months already and they still haven’t fixed our gate! We have no door handle! Still haven’t fixed our kitchen cabinet doors and our car has gotten broken into 3 times! The gate to the apartments never works and the parking sucks!

Lived here for 2 years and the mangers Brianna and Bree helped me so much! They’re so sweet and willing to help with I wish I could stay longer!
