Rigatoni's Restaurant - Dublin reviews
12Food is really good, service is marginal. Prices have gone up about 40% since the menu pictures, it’s still worth it! We enjoyed the food very much and will come back.
The food is delicious. You are missing out on good Italian food if you do not eat at this Restaurant, superb
Ordered and sat down just to find out they didn't have either thing we ordered. Had to reorder just to be told if you don't see a refund call us back. They took away the free bread as soon as we sat down and started collecting and picking up the restaurant as we ate. Food was terrible! Not fresh. Soupy pasta. I will say staff was nice and thats it.
Amazing, expedient and courteous service! Free bread. The lasagna was delicious and very satisfying
Got my food super fast. It was steamy and so tasty! Their free bread bar has a good selection of bread and the place was clean and had a homey comfortable atmosphere. RECOMMEND!
Horrible service.
Online ordered the food.
Fist. They missed a carrot cake. I asked and got it.
Secondly, they didn’t give two drinks. I called and asked for refund. Talked a manager 19min, All he is saying was call 800 website to get refund. BAD SERVICE. No respect to customers
I ordered a pick up and they couldn’t find my order, then left out the carrot cake I ordered which my husband had to ask for. He came home and i found out that they left out the drink as well. I called the store and explained for 20 minutes and was told to call 800 number for a refund. Not a good experience
The staff is friendly and fast. They have free bread, WiFi and the location is very convenient. I love the family owned feel…. It really set the scene.
Our first time there and first impression is very important. First off they need to hire a cleaning crew for the dining area and bathrooms. Prices are a little bit on the high side for the portions they serve, I would stay away from the Chicken Alfredo, portion was ridiculous for the price of $16 my daughters kids meal had more food than that. Don’t get me started on the taste, I’ve had gas station food that was better than that, the chicken had that microwaved taste to it and the Alfredo sauce was watered down. The only reason why I gave them 2 stars was because the server had to ask the manager to exchange my meal and didn’t charge me for the upgrade. To be honest I don’t know how they have 4.1 stars and how in the hell did they pass health inspection.
Did not stay to even eat. Had to order off a menu before you sat down like a fast food restaurant. The cook staff and waiters outnumbered the customers. It did not look like an inviting place to eat so we left.
The wait for my pick up order is why this is not a better rating. My pick up time was 5: 47pm on a Thursday. It is still not ready and it's 6: 30pm. It was just a house salad and lasagna.
I've been going to rigatonis in Hayward, castro valley, and Dublin for years. Good food, good portions, not to pricey. Tons of bread for shipping in the sauce! That's the best part! It's good stuff!
Had this place cater a few work lunches too. Very affordable for the amount of food you get.
